Just got off the phone with Diana Escobedo. I was having trouble with a fraud alert on my account. Diana handled my issue calmly and quickly, which frankly calmed me down quite a bit. Why have I moved my money out of a big bank and into Kinecta credit union? Because of the unparalleled customer service, the much-appreciated vigilant fraud detection, and the understanding, personable employees at Kinecta, such as Diana. She provided the smoothest, most personable tele-banking experience I've ever had and she deserves a healthy raise.

Anytime I go into Kinecta Federal Credit Union all the people are so very helpful. Whenever I email in need of financial information I email Natalie who is extremely professional, helpful, and always gets back to me quickly.

I called Kinecta Federal Credit Union earlier today to get financial information I needed immediately. The young woman who received my call was very helpful and extremely professional. I provided her the information and never did she ask me to hold or transfer me to another individual. During the conversation she even expanded on a particular benefit I was not taking advantage of or even aware of. I have trusted this bank for the past 20 years because they certainly have my best interest as a member of this bank institution. Thank you, Diana, you are a key piece to the KFCU Team.

Our overall experience has been seamless & very pleasant. Tania of the El Segundo branch, provided us excellent customer service and keen attention to our requests. We always thought that car buying & financing experience is difficult & even dreadful but her wonderful demeanor made it easy for us. Kudos to her!

I know when someone is snoring and disengaged with eyes glazed over. NOT Tania, who helped me set up my account and was very patient with my questions. She walked me thru every step of the process with utmost care and kindness. She is solution oriented and takes great care explaining in detail what I needed to know. I have much respect for Tania. She is one in a million who actually has her mind engaged in our conversation to make the outcome a positive one.

A family member recommended I contact Kinecta FCU and speak with Tania, and it's the absolute best thing I ever did!! She has helped me gain control of my finances.
