Great for staying hydrated and they have top notch customer service. I recently bought the ring pop flavor and had a minor issue with one of the packets. Emailed customer support and was immediately taken care of. I will definitely continue to purchase and use the product.

I'm a big believer in Liquid IV. Usually take some in the morning, then later in the afternoon when I need some energy to make it through the day. Good alternative to coffee. Tastes great and provides a nice steady energy boost! Would highly recommend!
