Anyone who is here at 11 a.m. should be aware that it is absolute chaos. The collectors are already lining up and you have to register online and then when it's your turn you have 1 minute to choose something from Hot Wheels after which they throw you out of the Hot Wheels corner. The staff is very unfriendly. Since I'm not familiar with such a storm on children's toys, it was very disturbing.

Nice but small. The building is huge, but where the toys are is about the size of friendly express. I did buy a Barbie on sale for 10.00. The rest of the items are about the same price as in store. Still had fun looking.

The store was right next to my hotel. Thought I go in just for the heck of it. It was just okay. Nothing fancy, just toys to sell to you. I was expecting a place that would be a little more livelier. Otherwise, it was ok.

I thought it was a normal toy store, but it turned out to be a toy manufacturer's store. They only had Mattel products such as Barbie. For fans, it's probably a sacred place, but unfortunately I'm not a fan and I'm not really impressed.

Came here to buy some toys for my kid but..Security started to blame me because I haven’t seen that the place I parked my car is reserved. They could just tell where I should place the car. What they did?They started telling me that white person like me will not be able to come here no more. That’s what I get in place of “sir, you may use that parking place”I didn’t expect racism from any kind of employee of such cool company.But now I have a story to tell to all my friends.Thank you Mattel.

Overpriced and very few exclusives selection. Can easily find these items in most retailers and sometimes cheaper. Should be more like the San Bernardino store, that's actually worth checking out. That store is discounts galore and way more exclusives. Most of the items here could end up in San Bernardino anyway. They also have NO public restroom for customers and all employees I asked directed me to the Double Tree Hotel Lobby restroom. Do better Mattel.
