Sabrina helped me out so fantastically on the sales floor. She was so so kind and funny, and helped me with anything and everything I needed. Gi helped me up at the front, and originally I thought I was going to be paying $60 for shoes, but ended up paying only $20 because she helped me find a better deal online! They are amazing here!!!

Visited this spot for the first time today, in order to make an exchange. It felt like an Apple store for Nike products. Even though they don’t carry basketball shoes, the associate was able to order them for me in 2 minutes. Can’t wait to go back.

Eyeballed like a hawk discriminated because of my ethnicity or my looks and it was very rude and rare to see such behavior to be played out on a family day that was suppose to be an fun day the service was ok the greet you and nod off like zombies after they eyeballing. The selection was limited barely had any in stock different sizes but the value was decent priced to buy I never felt so uncomfortable of my life this has been a phobia experience

I was impressed with the customer service. Marcie made me feel welcomed the minute I walked into the store. She was knowledgeable about the running shoes and made good recommendations. I needed a shoe that has a lot of cushioning and she allowed me to try on many different sizes and styles. I also liked how I was able to pay and check out without having to go to the front desk. I will definitely be back to purchase more shoes!

I will say that this store looks like and has a good selection. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The workers are too busy talking about the shoes that they want and that someone else bought that they wanted instead of even greeting customers.
