Interesting store we are educators of school age children found the most exciting items to share with their young minds. Since Father's Day is approaching found things that my " grilling husband " could add to his collection of outdoor gear for grilling. The store has an eyes catching allure which attracted us to enter for browsing. A bit pricey for our budgets however the splurge was worth it!Manhattan Beach The Pointe lovely strolling area.

My daughter pointed at this cute store because of the Easter things in the window. I entered the store and when walking inside my daughter a drop of ice cream came out of my daughters cup. I immediately went to the check out desk to ask for napkins or paper towel. I was greeted with a bad attitude on Saturday 4/1. "I don't have any" maybe she didn't have any...She asked me did I spill something as I walked out the store. I answered her with the same bad energy she came me. Yes I did. I saw things I would have purchased but not from this location. Not with that bad attitude my daughter is 3 years old.

I love paper source but this location has been closed during posted business hours twice. I don't understand why they wouldn't leave a note or something on the door at the very least? Makes no sense.

My 10-year old crafty daughter asked to go see this store today as I waited next door for a table. She promptly came over and told me she had been kicked out of the store because she needed to be with an adult. I went back and asked why my daughter could not be there and the woman who worked there- Jessica, responded that the store policy required all children to be accompanied by an adult for their own safety. She added that no stores at the point allowed unaccompanied minors. We have been faithful patrons of The Point since the day it opened and have never heard of this policy. Not only was my daughter behaving like a respectful customer, browsing at the merchandise, but she also apologized as she was asked to leave simply for being a child. This was a disrespectful act of discrimination toward a child which takes away from their self-esteem. The Point is synonymous for families and children and if The Paper Source and their employee Jessica are not welcoming of children, then they should relocate to a more mature part of town.

I have never been to this store before, and tonight my wife and I walked in and we were not greeted by the two women working there at the time. They ignored us even when I smiled and tried to make eye contact. As I browsed through merchandise one of the women told the other to go and lock the door and it was then that I realized it was closing time. My wife and I felt uncomfortable and left - and had to even unlock the door ourselves. As someone who works in customer service, it seems the two women closing tonight were definitely not trained properly, or were not listening when it came to learning about how to make new customers feel welcome to the store - or just simply didn't feel we were worth making feel welcome.

I love PS stores. Went to the new location in El Segundo at The Point — and the person who helped me was very nice and helpful. Thanks you.

I must have quality wrapping paper and bows...totally essential. The metrosexual in me demands this. That's why I trekked here from Ladera. A friend recommended PS and said "they also have a ton of cool little surprise gifts"...boy, do they ever! I found groovy thoughtful little things for three of my family members, and left arms full of rolls of eclectic wrapping paper. Pro Tip: I never wait till 'the week of' to buy birthday cards. I always set aside a good hour or so at a great card shop like PS, pick out 10-12 killer cards, and have them here at the ready for the occasion.

The store with everything you never knew you needed. They have so many fun knickknacks, greeting cards and wrapping paper. They have themed items for any occasion you're celebrating as well as a wedding shop inside. The ladies working there are super friendly and let us peruse the shop. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the area.

Had to write in and share how disappointed I was with a recent visit to Paper Source. They used to be fun and irreverent, with an eclectic assortment of fun gifts and everything needed to tastefully package the gifts. They've gone off the rails however trying to be 'woke' so anything irreverently fun is gone. It's been replaced by an entire gallery of Ruth Bader Ginsburg trinkets, and other political stuff that I really have no desire to be reminded of. We get enough politics in our life. I don't need to gift it. They also display political banners in their store, which again, I don't need to be thinking when I walk in to what used to be an oasis of uniqely fun little gifts. I just wanna have fun. I was also overcharged recently by the cashier because she was talking incessantly with a coworker. Paper Source needs to be fun again, and spare us toxic political fare and signage.
