Worst accommodation just because it's close to the airport. If you have a little more money, there are famous chain hotels in the area, so it's better to stay there! Highly recommended.
The guest room was clean and comfortable, but the black woman at the front desk was terrible. By the way, they leave comments that look like they were written by an AI about each person's low ratings, but they always say the same thing, so they don't seem to have any intention of fixing them. Taking that into consideration,
<Bad points>
・They claim there is a shuttle bus, but as others have said, it never comes. First of all, the front desk phone cannot be connected at all. After contacting them 6 times, we were finally able to connect. The bus arrived 50 minutes later. I told the front desk my name, but the front desk told the bus driver that my name was only "sho." There's no way we can merge with this. This is confirmed because I was shown the message that the bus driver actually received from the hotel. The woman at the front desk asked me how to spell my name, but she stopped after I said the first few letters. I wonder what kind of education they received!
・When I checked in, I was treated in a high-pressure manner by a black woman. As far as I know, I have never seen such a rude and arrogant person at the front desk of a hotel.
The man at the front desk on the second day was decent and calm. I'm grateful for that. In any case, as others have commented, the presence of just one strange woman leaves a bad impression.
Rooms: The only decent one.
Noteworthy details: The black woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Should be fired.

Good location for airport. Short stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms: Nice updated queen bed room. Great room for short stay and price. No real activities in the area. Walking distance to food. But no fancy restaurants.

Hotel has two storage and not elevator. You would need to hand carry your suitcase upstairs. Room and bathroom is clean and comfortable.
Rooms: Room is clean but not well insolated. It was really cold when heater is off and you can hear conversations from the hallway.

The room was a room, it was clean, nothing to complain about and the shuttle service was very reliable. Was overseas the last 3 years, had a 14 hr layover, in-n-out and chick-fil-a within walking distance, five star location just because of that.
Food and drinks: Dude, chick-fil-a and in-n-out within walking distance, oh yeah

Low grade hotel handily placed for early departures from the airport. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Room cleanliness ok. Disinterested check in staff but super friendly driver on the free shuttle bus to LAX. Plenty of eateries, take-away's and food stores nearby

Was extremely disappointed when I arrived. The pictures were very deceiving. It was very dirty and in a bad neighbourhood. There was what looked like gang meetings in the parking lot and all night drinking. I was fearful for my family.
Our socks were black after walking on the floors and the shower pressure was so low I couldn’t get the shampoo out of my hair. When I asked for an extra pillow for my back I was denied twice. This accommodation was a huge damper on our trip. Beach is not close, airport is not walkable. I felt uncomfortable the whole stay. We tried to find a new place, but payment was upfront and non refundable.
It looks renovated, but it’s just paint over paint and caulking over caulking. I smelt mould as soon as I entered. The pool was too dirty to use and every time we walked by a man was getting high in there and didn’t seem to care.
Staff was decent, main building was nicely renovated. It seems they have tried to turn this establishment around, but I don’t think the quality is there.
One washer and one dryer at $4 each cycle. Mini self serve store up front and all day coffee and tea.
I attached a picture of a cloth after I wiped a spot in our room.
Rooms: Dirty, bad renovations. My child needed his inhaler.
Nearby activities: Only junk food and abandoned buildings
Safety: Gang meetings/drug deals in parking lot. Lock your doors.
Walkability: Only walking to be done is to fast food or ihop.
Noteworthy details: Dirty rooms, unsafe surroundings.

Location was really convenient for the airport! It’s good they have a shuttle service, though it’s a bit of a hassle not being able to reach them easily without a local number.
This place was okay. The room looked good, but it smelt horrible. Also the room is cold ?.
Water pressure is not good, I tried to shave and the water flow so poor it wouldn’t even clean out my blades on my shaver.
If you come here, bring warm clothes.
Maybe it was just the room that they gave us, but there were stains on the bed sheet, it felt really humid and musty inside. When we tried calling for customer service on their phone, they never picked up, or took super long to answer.
We usually come by twice a year, usually spending a few days prior to leaving for our cruise ? vacation with Carnival Cruise Lines.
Next time we’re planning on staying at this place:
Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo.
Not planning on coming back to this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Room was very clean. I just asked to stay inside the hotel as there were some creepy people lounging out front.

I was afraid because of the other reviews on google but I enjoyed our stay, it's very close to the room, the shuttle works well, I thing they are renovating the hotel and the best for me was the service, the staff was very friendly and helped me with everything, I stayed there for 5 nights total traveling around California, they have place to work while waiting for checkin or checkout with coffee

If someone is in transit in LA, I highly recommend it, the hotel organizes free transport to and from the airport. We didn't make an appointment with the driver in advance, but we noticed a bus with the Travelodge sign at the hotel transit level and a nice driver took us. Staff very polite, room clean although it is rather noisy. The only drawback is a deposit charged to the card for the duration of the stay, but later refundable.
There are nice pubs nearby, we had breakfast and an in&out, literally a 5-minute walk away
