My friend send me a package from this location and they sending to different State ! For real what’s going on 🧐🧐and I call the customer service and only a machine answering! Now I know why!!! And my package supposed to be delivered today but not NV but Yes to NH and o don’t live there omg ppl USPS PLEASE PAYING MORE 🙏

I can't understand how they have a 3.2 rating after watching YouTube video the supervisor and one lady employee were pure trash and very ignorant of their own rules and regulations. Go watch their YouTube video Government Clowns at Work. This is where your tax dollars go to pay people to treat you like this.

I see why the ratings so low. The gentleman in charge rude to myself and another customer. Went in for assistance and he dismissively told me to do it online.

No one is in a rush here, chatting casually as the line gets longer. Rude customer service with extremely curt statements that will require you to ask questions in order to get the information they should be telling you in the first place.

The supervisor is just trash and violates the regulations and code of the post office. This deranged guy believes he could demand the public's submission. He just opens his big pipe hole. The post master should get another individual to take his place, or he will cause great lawsuits to this location.

Desk workers who are out front range in respectfulness and willingness to work with customers, but in particular the manager was very dismissive and sounded upset when I inquired about failures to deliver in their own postal network. Failed to actually hold package like I requested the day prior by going to their offices, meaning I went all the way this morning to be told they accidentally sent it out for delivery (which is what I wanted to avoid given their failure to find my front door several times over). Got a call back claiming it would arrive for signature in 40 minutes, only to be waiting for over 2 hours now without anyone coming by. Some of the least competent USPS staff I've met, but I can't give them 1 star because I know they're overworked and underappreciated.
