This car dealership is not good. I bought a ml350 from here, check light came on and I brought it back and they said they could do nothing. By law, they are to fix everything before they sell a car to you. Especially be careful with Rays salesman.

Bought a car from Ray's. He assured me that the car had no problems. I had to get a jump the first day I got it. He has you sign a as-is form so he's not responsible when your car messes up. I've had the car for one week and have only been able to drive it the first day from the dealership to my house. He sells lemon cars. They look nice on the outside. Don't buy here.

We recently purchased a BMW from Ray's. It was a great price and is a beautiful car. We were able to get the carfax report and have had no issues.

I’ve known Ray for over 20 plus years. At the time I needed a car urgently, something reasonably price and low maintenance. He had me behind the wheel of a Volvo, that car held up easily for over 6 years with only brakes and fluids changed, I was very impressed. Just recently we purchased a BMW and the car is going strong.. Thanks Ray

This is one of the only used car dealerships that has survived the pandemic period. They are honest and will try hard to work with your current situation. Lorenz no longer works for them so please don't ask for him. Ask for Ray, he is the owner and can work with you. FYI, The old site RaysCarss.com is not current AT ALL. Please use the new site "RaysCars.org" . Thank you for your support.

I wish I can give it Zero stars, came to test drive the car a 528i black bmw. That day it was scent bomb like crazy the car drove good, so I told him I'll be back with the money the next day. So I come in ready to buy so I decided to test drive it again, this time no scent bomb , right of the bat the car start smelling like burnt oil, he told me that it was not leaking oil so I take a really good look at it n I can see it's leaking from the headgasket, so I let the car run for 10 minutes and after the 10 minutes running it starts throwing white smoke , so I kept reving it and kept throwing white smoke, he told me "" it was steam" so I check the radiator reservoir and it had oil residue n blue devil residue, Thank Good I was able to notice it before I bought a lemon headache. Ray was mad and basically kick me out, because he said I wasted his time. I was like no sir you wasted my time. I came in good faith, and expected the same. Be really careful take your time.

I went there about two years ago because I saw they had two nice Mustangs a silver one and a red one, I wanted the Silver one but I could not afford the Down payment due to my credit score being low (Fist time buying and young) But they were able to make me a deal on the red one I paid half the down payment and promised to pay them the other half a week later as I did not have all of the money then. They were really nice and helped me get a car that is still working and has not given me any big problems even now with 165k. Only reason I did not want the red one was because of the high millage 142k. I 100% recommend.

Sells lemons!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The car we bought was unsafe. After only two weeks of having it, it randomly stopped at an intersection.

Went there yrs & yrs ago to just look around, and I remember them working with and qualifying me with an amount to basically be able get anything on their lot, but I didn't end up making a purchase. But I got the impression that they stood behind their cars and they were nice ones, altho the miles was kind of high, on the main two I was interested in😟

Recently bought a car from ray, my tire kept losing air took the car to a tire shop they said the rim is bent went to ray he said he can't do anything about it car was dirty inside very rude old man! Spent a lot on this car buying it from him you would think he would at least help with the tire issue at the least but he does not care about the customer!! Beware buying a car from Ray he will not care about you after you're purchase!! Now I understand why so many bad reviews he literally is a janky car salesman!! Can't believe he is still a n business!! Overpriced!!

When I first moved to San Francisco from Southern California, over 8 years ago, I drove a fully loaded Camry which I had for many years. Rays cars was located by my apartment at the time and I would pass by every day. One evening In 2013, I randomly decided to walk over and browse their inventory. Ray and Lorenz came out right away. At the time, my credit was not the best and I co-owned my car with my dad. Within minutes, Ray got me approved for a loan (not sure how) and I traded my Camry in for a small 2003 Mercedes CLK 320. He stated, I was like his daughter... "most people that come through here I could care less about, but you, I take care of." Shortly after having my car, I had immediate problems with the convertible, oil leaks, etc. and within the first 30 days they were pretty responsive fixing minor problems. After the 30 day grace period, about $1900 came out of pocket for repairs. My loan was for 3 years. I paid my car off and definitely spent quite a bit of money for maintenance over the years. But all and all, the car served me well. Fast forward to 2018, I've since moved and happened to drive by Rays Cars. I had no intention of trading or buying another car, just stopped by to say hi to Ray and Lorenz. This time around, talking fast, before I knew it my credit was ran (and it's now excellent) and Ray quickly traded by Benz for a 2007 BMW 328i. I drove off the lot thinking I would have the same type of experience. Within less than a month the car had major oil leak's, broken starter, car rattling, overheating, electrical problems, it was such a lemon that even on a busy freeway it would completely stop. The car had to be serviced four times in less than three months. I was calling Rays Cars frantically and repeatedly to see what I could do and they were completely unresponsive. My safety was of no concern! They had zero interfaith. Their advice was "see a mechanic." Thousands of dollars later, in a nightmare car, on 3 separate days I took off work (which I never do) to pop over and hopefully talk to Ray in person (especially since I'm "his daughter") and each day I was told he's not in. The 4th time I drove to Rays Cars early in the morning unannounced, Ray was there. I walked in very humbly and in tears asking him if there was anything we could do... could I possibly trade this car out? Ray was extremely rude and unapologetic. He actually walked me out back to my car and slammed my car door in my face. Pretty much letting me know the car was my problem. The cars do not come with any carfax they are pretty much take at your own risk! I risked a lot, almost my life on several occasions, and they could care less. Lawsuit in motion. Advice: Document everything.
