I’m using Security Public near Raley’s in San Oablo to store belongings for a friend of mine who passed away, as the we executor of her estate. Valerie at the front desk is always so sweet and helpful but so are the others who work there. The place is clean, quiet, safe and secure. Their rates are excellent. Really have been impressed with this place!

welcoming staffed facility. They keep things in order and make sure your accommodated if anything like a unit light or socket isn't working in your unit they have in handled immediately very welcoming and not overly evasive and respect your privacy as long as you are respectful to they're facility.
It was my first time buying a storage. I had just bought one at (Another Facility) had a bad experience only days after purchase and untimate had to relocated because i knew it wasn't going to work out.
I came here to (Security Public Storage) met Kimberly told her the whole run down of what i needed in a unit and how i would be story paperwork for my company and showed her how my unit would be set up adding a desk and file cabinet so that wen i access it i could easily access papers and files for my customers. She was very welcoming and immediately got me accommodated. Showed me several units to see what best fit and we locked in a deposit same day.
I was suppose to move in a few days later but (other) facility.rushed me otherwise i would recieve 0 money back. So the in next day and got help from Valerie we ultimately found the perfect unit.
She even set up maintance appointment to have a brand new bright roof light installed in my unit and brand new sockets which was handled immediately and they contacted me letting me know it was done with no reminder from me.
10/10 experience this also makes my job much easier because now i store all of my company paperwork and files here so before meeting with clients i stop here usually a day prior every few days to fill out files and either store them there or bring the files with me everything was able to fit nicely in my unit and organized. I visit my unit every few days for about 10-15 minutes. Works out marvelously and bright light now installed so i can see everything i have stored very well day or night 👍
