Went here to vacuum out my car because they have a self serve station that actually looked really nice but it had zero suction and wouldn’t suck up anything.

They charged $35 for 2.5 Gallons of DEF which is just ridiculous. Other than that clean place and friendly staff.

This place used to be great before renovations. But now it's nowhere near good. I was a regular in this gas station and store for over 8 years. And now i don't go there anymore. It says 24 hr but its closed whenever i go there late at night. Staffs are rude, shelves are empty. I had some dissatisfaction and complaints, but the lady told me to go to another gas station if i didn't like it. So i did. I fill up every second day and i don't use shell anymore.

I work the swing shift at the hospital so I usually get to my side of town around 1 a.m. every time I stop at this specific location for anything there either saying there closed are I have to come back usually around like 330 a.m this is an inconvenience and needs to be addressed

I only wish there was a zero to give them!Such a horrible service by Vipin, their car wash is giving problems to all the clients ahead of me still Vipin forces clients to go was car .. despite he saw a customer went in the car was twice and came out with soap all over his car still not willing to do refund… bunch of lies .. pathetic customer service.The female manager disappeared from the counter after seeing how Vipin was treating the customers. Guess she doesn’t want help the clients and coach her staff accordingly.Super rude client care and waste of time.

Wife used new car wash and it broke rear wiper blade-got run around and finally received call from manager whom denied all responsibility. Really?...at least hear her out and propose solution rather than implausible deniability.Do you really think I would waste my time writing this review if it didn’t occur? It was a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer.

I would probably given them at least a 2 $ 1/2 stars if able too so only 2 it is, I just stopped here this morning mainly to try out the car wash and let me tell you I highly DO NOT recommend using there car wash first off I got shorted the last 15 seconds which is when your car is being dried needless to say I had to dry off the entire car myself second then blowers are not very strong and neither are the brushes or soap they use my car had spots on it still afterwards which I was able to easily remove while drying it myself by hand and yes I paid for the most expensive option so I should have gotten everything done to my car which I feel I was cheated out of all of it I have been to way better car washes at other locations all this one is for is to look fancy inside the store was very clean and spacious lots of things to choose from although the girl at the cash Register was sum what of a rude attitude the gentleman who was probably training her was a little more polite but not by far this is just my experience oh and gas is way to over priced you can get the same type of gas down the street much cheaper

I'm a regular shopper at this location, my experience with the employees no matter which one has always been pleasant, friendly, nice conversation, and good customer service, Now I've been there to witness rude and ridiculous customers, the cashiers are trying to do they're job and follow company policies, and yet some customers make it hard for them to do that, so do they just sit there and take the rudeness and verbal attacks?
