A great grocery store with good deals and a plus is that every now and then there's good money off a certain amount of spending discount which really helps with the grocery bills. They have a good variety and selectionof fresh produces, fruits, and meats and other typical grocery finds but at a great deal. They also heavily discount items that are near expiration date which isn't bad in my opinion if your cooking it the day and is great deal since it's usually like 75% off reg price. They also have whole foods 365 brand items and Amazon brand items and a hot foods/deli section in the store. The part that makes grocery shopping fast and fun is the dash cart, you scan your Amazon prime membership then you just start shopping by scanning the item or typing the item code and putting it the cart (once you input item code and put item in cart it auto weighs it and adds it to the checkout list). Overall I love coming here for the fast check out and good deals!

I visit this place all the time, but I didn’t like that they gave me a coupon for $5 off with the smart cart and it didn’t work. The employee just told me, ‘It doesn’t work,’ and didn’t try to offer any solution.

Oh my gosh so many wonderful things to say about this place. Little things like a snack for the kids as you walk in the door, a fresh fruit or vegetable option, to the little carts for kids, to the assistance from all the wonderful employees, to the new way of scanning products as you put them in the cart and it's tallied as you go along with your running total right their in the screen
No more guessing what your bill is up to once you head for the check out. Lol.Its like checking out as u shop, tallied your bill as you shop.
Shopping at Amazon fresh feels like shopping in the future it's fun it's different, and the whole atmosphere is just really wonderful. My daughter takes me grocery shopping about 1 to 2 times a month and it gets pretty boring here and there, but after our experience at Amazon fresh we almost want to go once a week now. They have enough electric carts where I can get one whenever I need one. it's a fun, friendly , clean store and I recommend to everyone.I loved it. I couldn't say if you have to have a prime account but I know if you do, there's someone right there at the door to give you a $5 off coupon. And I do know that every time we placed an item in the cart as we scanned it, we were getting anywhere from 2 to 10 cents off each item thann was marked on the shelf. so there's all those little tiny little surprises that it all adds up he was a wonderful experience and I loved it. Everyone must experience.

Only 1 cashier open. I tried to use the self check out. Something wasn't ringing up correctly so I pressed the help me button. Over 5 mins standing there and not one person came to help. The cashier would look over at me but made no attempt to call for assistance for me. Grabbed my stuff and went to the line that was moving extremely slow. Ended up putting the stuff down and left. Soo many employees working on the floor but only 1 cashier and no one to help with self check out is insane.

Went there this morning. Had over $50 our smart cart. Using a $10 off coupon we were ready to go. Waiting for manager approval on some cough syrup no one was able to help us. We did see the manager walk right past us while he ignored our waves for help. The clerk told me to just leave with the cart while someone else wrang up the cough syrup separately. THIS MEANS WE WERE NO ABLE TO USE THE COUPON. Never again will we use those damn smart carts. Now I get why I rarely if ever see anyone using one! We ended up paying more for our groceries because "I don't have access to override cough syrup". Seriously!? it's the Sunday before Thanksgiving and the manager who I know I saw walk right past us was too busy? Never again with the smart carts. Self-check from now on!

I like the convenience of the store, but make sure you check dates on products. I’ve been burned three separate times after getting home and finding expired food items. Not just a couple days either…like over 10 days!

I have never met a nicer lady in a retail establishment! She was at the door at 1:30 p.m. today and was so happy and helpful and just downright sweet. The store was very clean with great prices on many items. We were asked if we needed help finding anything by other employees. Keep up the great service!

Great deals, customer service, good quality food and not overly crowded. You can also drop off your Amazon returns if you need to. I was able to do 2 things at one store, that's a win in my book!
