SCAM ALERT be careful when using their pumps it gets glichy they will scam you on charges saying you used the pump when it is not working i was charged twice! I have all the receipts proving it and the manager lied said he had servallence haha! Tej will not credit it and said i used both gas transaction how could I when i filled up. BEWARE check your transaction with this station. Freaken cheat I will never go there again.

A couple years ago, I visited AM/PM (4420 Mack Rd, Sacramento).. I bought 2 Cheese Burgers & was extremely disappointed.. It had a raw smell & tasted like the meat was overdue.. I sent an email detailing my experience at this location.. I never got a response & then I vowed to never go back to AmPm..
Today (8/11/24), I went to AM/PM (10057 Bruceville Rd (Elk Grove).. I bought 2 Cheese Burgers on my way out of town.. It smelled raw & tasted like the meat was overdued.. Then I remembered why I hadn't been to any AmPm locations in the last couple years..
I want to know where AmPm gets their patties for their Cheese Burgers.. I want to know how they store & prepare it..
Also, when the cashier gave me my change.. He took one quarter & put it in his pocket.. He shorted me $0.25, but I didn't wanna make a big deal out of it & left..

Went in for coffee older guy working front charged me twice for coffee because of an extra cup and was very rude about the whole interaction. Very poor experience

Zero stars in real life, there always rude, they’ve stolen my money twice now. Honestly I’m tired of rude owners and passive aggressive behavior. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all, I live a block away from this gas station and I’d rather go closer to the freeway. Shut em down or switch ownership.

Honestly, idk what the fudge the dude on duty at 12am was on but I've waited 21 years to finally be able to buy my own items such as blunt wraps and alcohol. At 12:06am my friends and I walked in and picked up some items, one of which was a can of Jack Daniels cocktail drink thing. I picked up a few food items and then went to check out. Todays my birthday, again I've been excited and totally was prepared to show my ID, I just keep it in my keys lil wallet holder thing. So immediately the dude was telling me kinda aggressively "show your ID" and when I was looking for it in my keychain everytime I even remotely spoke, he'd just keep repeating "show me ID" So I show my ID. Again I just turned 21 today; immediately he says "underage, can't make the sale." I looked at him like what tf you talkin about and told him "I'm literally 21 as of 10 minutes ago what you mean I'm NOT 21??" He just refused the sale altogether and was overall rude. Went down the street to another gas station like 20 minutes later and got blunt wraps and the wonderful woman who was on duty at the other gas station informed me that my ID worked just fine and I'm definitely in the clear and don't have to wait till tomorrow morning like the dude at Arco rudely told me while 2 other customers went "damn" So overall, Fuck you Arco dude, I still got my blunt wraps either way.

Honestly I'm shocked how this gas stations has a 3.5 star review, you might see this review and think I'm just tryna get a snack i don't really care, but when you go there it just makes you mad how you standing in the aisle and trying to get your snack and are automatically accused of stealing they watch the cameras like hawks acting as if your gonna steal, me and and cousins have been there multiple times being eyed down and it's every time the same 2 workers we always end up having to defend ourselves I'm telling y'all don't go there if your tryna protect your peace.

I asked for help on the smoothie machine and this curry muncher chose the option for me and gave me a thin smoothie instead of the thick smoothie I wanted. Then the cashier gave me attitude like his wife left him earlier. I hope he and his whole bloodline drowns in curry. This generation of red people always scamming people and ruining peoples lives.

The cleanest gas station in Elk Grove/Sacramento area by far! This store is always stocked with products, customer service is excellent, and the gas price is cheaper than others.

To you people complaining about not being able to use your credit card, ARCO stopped accepting credit cards in the early 80's and became the lowest priced gas station on the west coast. When BP purchased ARCO the federal trade commission required them to continue the low price no credit card system so that gas customers can continue getting discounted gas. When BP was forced to sell off its ARCO stations apparently the trade commission forgot to include the low price guarantee so now ARCO now accepts credit cards (because of crybabies like you) and now the low price guarantee is out the window! My local ARCO is now more expensive than the Chevron a few blocks away! A Chevron!! Thanks for ruining the low price guarantee you crybabies!!
