Hieu Lam came highly recommended by a close family member. As a first time homebuyer---qualifying on my own that is, I was very particular with whom I wanted to work with. Immediately, Hieu put me at ease, from the on-set of getting pre-approval, 6 to 8 months later, I was ready. Hieu and his team provided me with A+++ service, very prompt to providing updates, knowledgeable, efficient and diligent in getting my loan processed with optimal results. He will definitely be my " go to" on any more future new loan or refi requirements; as well, as recommend his services to all my friends and acquaintances.

Hieu and his team of amazing people were able to successfully and swiftly closed on a new build for me. Their reputation preceded them because I actually got referred to Hieu Lam. I would highly highly recommend them to all first time and routine home buyers. They handled everything from the sales office requests, tax documents needs, income doc needs, etc and guided/hand held me throughout the whole process. They were available by phone and text which was very convenient! I have already told atleast three people about them who will start their home buying process with them.

Tina Nguyen and Hieu Huynh was helping us to purchase our house in North California. Hieu is quick and knowledgable. We were looking for someone fast, transparent and could get us a good rate at the time we closed our deal. Hieu was very responsive every single time I had questions. Believe me, I have asked him a thousand questions about our loan and also legal stuffs as our case is quite different and unique. I’m a Canadian and my husband is American. They can help us, they can deal with any case lol Hieu and Tina are super fast like a snap at the moment we needed them, accommodated our request, understand what they do, professional and transparent. They could close our deal even way sooner than the closing date but I asked them to hold until a date I picked. They walked thru everything at the end and made sure we didnt have any questions. It’s excellent customer service experience. That are what we need and they have them all. It was smooth coordination between our realtor and Tina team. Will have them again for our next purchase. Definitely recommend Hieu Huynh and Tina to friends and family.

Hieu Lam and his team are awesome. I had an excellent experience working with him for so many Years now. He had help me, my family members and friends that I referred.
