The wonderful staff. Lou, Lesley and all are wonderful trainers and friends. I miss them so much. Can't wait to come back nd start Boot Camp again. I also miss my fellow students!!!

As a busy parent to an infant, I don't have time for a full time membership. Though I do like to check gyms out still! I walked into APS one day to do just that. After talking with Leslie for just a few minutes, I opted for a personal training session. What followed tested my limits! I walked out an hour later with a new appreciation for what I could accomplish with a deadlift, and was surprised to not be sore the next day.

I joined APS Transformation in October 2018. I have tried to get my health on track for years. I tried joining the gym; but I didn't know how to use the equipment. I made a home gym; and it was great. But I wasn't pushing myself hard enough; and I always did the same exercises. Overall, I was not getting results from dieting and exercising on my own. Finally, after 4.5 years, I decided that I need to join a bootcamp because my health needs to be a priority. I joined APS Transformation because the coaches are great and the atmosphere from the small group classes is inviting. The coaches (Luis, Leslie, and Mateo) are intelligent and informative. They have taught me so much about proper forms and nutrient. They are always willing to answer your questions and concerns. If you have a goal, they will push you to get you there. But they will always be mindful of preventing injuries. In addition to the coaches, the classes are challenging and fun. I have been attending the classes 5 times a week since I joined. Every day, you do not know what the workout is going to be. It's a surprise. Recently, APS Transformation has added Muscle Pump and Boxing classes throughout the week, included with the bootcamp classes. All of the classes are challenging. However, when you finish the workout, you realize how strong you are. Additionally, the bootcamp members are kind and fun. There is no judgement; and everyone is very encouraging. I look forward to seeing the coaches and members every single session. They get me through the bootcamp session.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 years, left to do some cross fitting and decided to come back! I love the trainers here! They are very knowledgeable and personable! Luis has a Masters degree in Kinesiology and used to train professional athletes! You can tell by the way he drops knowledge on you and uses that skeleton model to explain how each muscle group works for a certain exercise. I've also seen him rehabilitate injured clients and witnessed how much their range of motion improve! I've met a lot of trainers and sometimes you know when they're BS-ing or have theories of their own, but Luis isn't like that, and this guy really knows his stuff! Leslie and Mateo are also very knowledgeable! Leslie will correct your form during the work outs, and if you have an injury, she will find something else that you can do to substitute! I love working with her too because she can change your crappy day into a sunny day. She's so positive and made me realize how much I miss her positivity that I decided to return back to APS Transformation Center and not Calfit. Not to mention, she is the nutrition guru! She will help you figure out your macros numbers or which diet will work for you. Don't let Mateo's age fool you either! He knows what he's doing! I learned so much from him with learning how to lift weights correctly and he knows when you can be pushed to get more of those calories burn! Best part of the gym, the classes they offer! Boxing is legit! They provide you with Everlast boxing gloves and you don't box each other, but legit boxing bags! Not like Calfit or 24 hr, where you're boxing the air, this you actually get to hit a real bag HARD, and fast. Good cardio and endurance class. I usually feel hungry throughout the day because my metabolism is going crazy. Muscle pump class is a barbell class. I've seen many ladies unsure and hesitant to join, but when they do, I've learned it became their favorite class! I have some experience with lifting and it took me a while to get the foundation down. But these trainers are so good, the women in my class were squatting over 100 lbs, almost perfect form at the end of their first day! It's like wth! They offer another class, I forgot what it's called, but it's a good mixture and variety between HITT training and weights. Definitely worth checking out!!!

I love love love the individual meal plan Leslie has given me! I honestly thought changing my eating habits was going to be hard but surprisingly it's super easy! If you cook the meals yourself you're more likely to eat healthier. I used to think eating healthy consisted of one plain piece of chicken with a side of plain veggies and brown rice. But it's not! You can literally change it up however you want. Loving it so far!!

I started a couple of weeks ago. Never liked to exercise. Always intimidated by equipment or routines everyone else seems to know. Need some adaptions for shoulders and knees. These coaches are THE BEST. They guide you eithout making you feel like an idiot.

I'm new to the area and seeking an early AM boot camp type workout place. This place is close by so I woke up at 4AM to go check out the class and catch a vibe from instructor and class. From the outside the place looked top notch and well equipped and organized with all the right things needed for a boot camp. Walked in 15min before first class and I was told I could not attend the class without making an appointment etc, etc. This is the only place that did not allow me to sign a waiver and check out the class as a guest. Also, the guy who was apparently the instructor looked like a student who was there to shed some pounds. I'm not a superficial person but when I sign up for a workout class, I really need the instructor/trainer to look and be the part. When I figured out he was the trainer.... I was disappointed and didn't make an effort to meet Leslie.

APS Transformation Center is the BEST! Great group of trainers and Leslie is awesome! You get out of it what you put into it, and if you follow the program, do the workouts, you'll love the results.

I love APS transformation center!!! I am soo happy I joined the Fit Body Boot Camp 6 Week challenge! At first I was scared and very hesitant to go in for my consult, but once I met Leslie all my worries went away! She makes you feel automatically comfortable, like you have known her for years! Having her as my accountability coach through this journey made it easy to bring up any questions or concerns!! She is quite an AWESOME cheerleader during workouts as well!! They have several time options so classes are totally doable with anyone's schedule! I work 2 jobs, 7 days a week and I was still able to attend my 3 mandatory classes maybe 4 on the weeks I was feeling good! Mateo & Kyle are awesome trainers they demonstrate all workouts, and will correct any movement that you are doing wrong! They continuously motivate and encourage you throughout the workout!! Do not hesitate to contact them, you will NOT regret it! They are an awesome team and want the best for everyone!!
