I’m writing as a long-time customer. My husband and I have been coming to this ARCO almost every day for years, and lately they’ve been shorting our pump by $1–$2 on multiple occasions. My husband tried to be calm and give them the benefit of the doubt, but today he watched them make the same mistake again and politely asked them to fix it.
Instead of resolving the issue, two employees started yelling at him and giving excuses about the system. They even told him not to come back after asking to correct amount. This is unacceptable behavior from people serving the public.
Very unprofessional, and dishonest.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this ARCO gas station for over four years. I literally go there almost every single day to put gas and buy inside. But lately, they’ve been constantly shorting my money — every time I load cash, they put $1 or $2 less on the pump. I let it go several times, but this keeps happening and it’s clearly intentional.
Today I finally confronted them in a respectful way, and instead of fixing the issue, two older men (who barely speak English) started yelling at me and giving me excuses like “it’s the system” or “the application.” Then they told me not to come back to the store just because I called them out for THEIR mistake.
This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If they can’t even speak proper English but have the nerve to yell at paying customers, they should NOT be working with the public—much less running a business. I’m not the only one they treat badly; I’ve seen them be rude to other customers too.
They are ungrateful, dishonest, and they do NOT deserve people’s business.
I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this location.
If they don’t respect customers, customers shouldn’t respect them.

I had a terrible experience at this gas station. The pump operator was extremely rude and behaved inappropriately towards my female friend, even trying to touch her in an unacceptable way. He was an older male attendant working at the pumps. This place is not safe for women. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this station. Management needs to take immediate action against this employee to ensure customer safety.

I am giving them five stars because it is a family owned gas station, and they are usually open 24 hours a day.Although lately they have been closing from 2AM-330AM. There is not a car wash, but they do have a burger king built in. And theres a taco/mexican food truck thats there daily from morning until 10 or 11pm... good food made to order and not a long wait. Back to the store itself...If the employees weren't so nice, honestly, I'd give it 4 stars, but only because it doesn't accept. EBT. It does have milk, sodas (cans , bottles, and fountain, candy, chips, snacks, and Icee and freeze machines are always working. They have an atm machine.
They have energy drinks, coffee machine, small freezer with ice cream and Popsicles. They Have a small beer and wine selection.
They sell lotto and cigarettes /tobacco products and butane cans.
It is always clean, and they do have a restroom.I'm not sure if you have to buy something to use it. Restroom is always clean and has toilet paper , etc. They have air pump machine (fill tires) always has water and squeegees in trash cans between pumps. Sells propel and diesel. Takes all form of cards at pumps- credit/debit.

Horrible customer service, they will take your money and not give it back or refund anything, never come to this gas station unless you want to have a completey bad day. Payed over $40 for gas and they only gave us 10.42
