Great customer service, great prices and fast delivery! They were very helpful and patient when I was undecided on furniture pieces for our home. We purchased bedroom furniture, couches, backyard furniture and a dining room set. We are very happy with all our purchases. I recommend this business!

The owner is great and all but when it comes to his delivery workers they are horrible. They came super late and I didn’t mind it happens. But when they came to drop off and take my old mattress they were extremely rude! They were automatically talking in their own language and giving me a hard time. They were charging me extra for taking the mattress which I already paid for when we got the mattress. Poor service I won’t be buying from here again.

I have purchased a couple of things from Ashlyn furniture, Peter is really helpful! The delivery has always been on time on the day promised. The delivery guys are courtesy, fast and, efficient. I just purchased a dining set and the manufacturer made a mistake, (no fault of Ashlyn Furniture) I called Peter and he immediately took care of it, had the delivery guys come the same day pick up the dining set. Within a day or two he let me know exactly when the replacement set would arrive. Great prices too!

Got a sofa from this place to replace some old furniture that's been falling apart lately. Walked in and was immediately greeted. The man who helped me was pretty friendly and wasn't pushy like most salesmen are out there in these types of stores. The sofa looked good and felt comfortable when I tested it out in the store. They also offered $50 delivery and setup which I bought since I wasn't able to fit it in my car. There's only 2 gripes I have about this business and my experience. The first was their return policy/warranty. Basically all sales are final and you're only stuck with the manufacturer's warranty. The second gripe was their communication after my order. I initially chose my delivery window to be between 11 and 2 but they said that wasn't possible since it was already 11:30 after I bought the sofa so I chose between 4 and 7. Not a big deal. So then I went to run other errands and I get a call asking if I was home and that they wanted to deliver my furniture. I was so confused because they initially told me delivery by 2 was too early but they said they could still deliver between 4 and 7. I called closer to 7 since I haven't heard anything yet but nobody answered. Then comes 7pm and still silence. Turns out they were running late which isn't a big deal but I would have liked to be notified that that were running 30 minutes late. Might consider going back in the future for other furniture if I need it. Satisfied with my purchase as well as in-store customer service and price. Would be nice though if they had a better return policy and communicated better with their customers so they aren't left wondering where their order is.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!This is the worse furniture company I have had to deal with.I purchased my sofa sectional through Overstock in march of 2022 and it aleady has a rip.. overstock referred me to Aslyn for futher assistance. A gentleman answers the phone and tells me there is nothing he can do for me bc it was purchased through Overstock. He was rude, defensive and sounded irritated with my questions. I WIll never purchase any product with the name affiliated with ASHLYN FURNITURE.

This place is a joke we purchased furniture back in November 2021 it’s Feb 222 still haven’t receive our deliveryThey stated it on back order no communication. Don’t waist your time or money.

The worst company in delivery time comitment! They do not respect the customer's time ! They have very poor communication; customers are the ones whho have to follow up on their delayed items! They do not call to even inform you as a customer that there will be a delay in delivery! The worst company ever, I do not recommend dealing with them!

I am so happy with my sofa. I went to many furniture stores - brand name ones and big ones but they didn't have the left facing sectional sofa with microfiber material. Then I went to Ashlyn Furniture. They didn't seem glamorous like the other stores but they had a huge online selection as well as on the floor. I ordered a cream custom made sectional sofa with a great price. Peter was super helpful and designed my order exactly like I wanted. The best thing was that it was made in the USA so no long wait time. I got it within two weeks!!! Thank you, Ashlyn Furniture!!! I'm referring my friends and family to you.

If you need it shipped, don't buy ANYTHING from Ashley HomeStoresWe purchased the Bingen reclining sofa and loveseat. The couch and love seat, I give 5 stars. They are comfortable, stylish, and easy to recline/sit up in. However we had a terrible experience with the delivery and with Ashley HomeStores.Pre-delivery: This was a back-ordered item that had a 6 month range of delivery (which is fine). There was no communication that a delivery date had been set until we got a notification that there was an earlier delivery date than that schedule available. News to us that there was a delivery date, but we were able to reschedule the delivery to a convenient date.Delivery: We were given a 4 hour window of delivery (again, fine) but the delivery was 1.5 hours later than that window. When we called at the end of the 4 hour window, they were completely unhelpful other than to say they were on delivery #4 and we were #6. The customer service person was completely unsympathetic and had a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. We paid $199 for a "hassle free delivery" where they would bring the couch & loveseat into the house, set them up, and remove packing materials. The two delivery personnel were unexperienced and could not figure out how to get the items into the house. My husband ended up having to go out and do the work of getting the loveseat into the house. They also did not have the proper tools to complete removal of the packaging material. There were pieces of plywood bolted to the base to reduce scratches & steady the items in transit that were ultimately left on the couches. The delivery personnel did not even know what size socket wrench was needed to remove the plywood, so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a socket wrench set to finish removing the sharp plywood that stuck out from the base of the couch & loveseat.Post-Delivery: I called Ashley to let them know of our experience and requested a refund of the delivery fee of $199 for the efforts we had to go through, to which they said they would submit the information to their remediation department (I don't recall the actual name of the department, but something to this effect) and I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours. A week later I had to call them, got a reply that the remediation department should have called me back but did not and that they were going to offer me a discount on my next purchase instead (never shopping here again, so a worthless offer), got passed around to multiple departments, was hung up on multiple times without call-back, and ended up talking to more than half-a-dozen people. Of the $199 refund requested, they applied $96 and I asked them to resubmit the request to the remediation department. They said they would and that the remediation department would get back to me in 72 hours. It has been a week and a half. I have yet to EVER hear from the remediation department. If you go into a store and can take the furniture home with you at the time, great - the items are awesome. If you need anything shipped, DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY.

I have been buying my furniture here for at least the last 7 years. I move a lot and need new furniture often. I have always loved all my pieces. If there are any issues they are handled quickly. I will always come back, even though I've moved closer to Roseville.
