I was met with by a manager named Petunia. I was looking to replace my brake pads under the lifetime warranty and she denied it stating it did not wear enough tread to warrant an exchange. I asked her where does it say I must meet a certain tread wear, she continued to state a policy that appears she made up. I then went to the next nearest AutoZone location explained the situation and they did warranty exchange without question and further advised me to file a complaint. Last time I checked, I believe stores follow store policies as set by the store manager or corporate, I was not aware that shift managers can make up whatever policy they want even if it contradictory to what is set by corporate. I am very dissatisfied with the service and her intentional false warranty policy.

5 stars customer service ! Rich was very helpful over the phone. After that I came in store and Pedro the young gentleman was patient, knowledgeable, and also very helpful & attentive to answer all questions. Thank you for all you do starting my weekend with customer first service! You guys are awesome!

Store manager Cameron was amazing. He didn't have to help me install my rear wiper blade since it was already dusk and starting to rain but he did. He was quick, efficient and friendly! The other employees were reluctant even though I expressed I needed help and my kids were in the car. Cameron went out of his way. His professionalism and customer service is top notch!

I was driving from Brentwood to Roseville on Sunday and my light went on that my oil was low so I searched for the closest AutoZone since they're always great. I went to the one on Elk grove . when I walked in I didn't get the customer service that you expect no one said hi, I approach The front desk, a young man help me find the oil that I need it I bought it but I was never offered any help so I went outside to do it myself and I noticed I didn't have the plastic to put the oil I guess and I went inside and again no one was at the desk so the older man said what can I do for you? and I asked him what I needed and he says yeah we do have one but you have to buy it! so I said OK let me go get my purse, but then I thought again! he did not offer me any help!

What Great Customer Service at This Auto Zone today from all the staff! Especially Dawson who was so kind and helpful to me and my daughter this morning. He went above and beyond to help us and I'm sure it's not the first time. Thank you to all your help ,You deserve a raise. Good Help and Great Customer Service is hard to find these day so Thank you Dawson and the entire Staff at this Auto zone! We will be back! Janice C.

I agree with prior reviews regarding store manager Richard's horrible attitude and distasteful customer service skills. If you hate your job, get another one bud. Will not be coming here again. The other EG location holds reign, where they know to approach and accommodate customers.

Great experience. Cameron was knowledgeable and very quick. I had my battery purchased and replaced in less than 5 minutes. Car is working like new. Can’t be more happy with the service and purchase.

This is the closest auto parts store to me but it’s also one of the worst! I work on all makes and models for the pass 15 yrs and I understand that some parts are just too new or are dealer only but they seem to never have my parts. I worked closely with AZ when I worked at Firestone. If I’m lucky and get parts then it’s wrong ?. I have the Duralast Gold cv axle that has a lifetime warranty from what I was told when I bought it. It’s one of the few parts they got right. So I called to confirm that I bought it there under my name and number and they confirmed I did. They “ordered” it and assured me it would be there next day. So the guy says bring the damaged one and we will swap it no worries. I took the cv axle there mid afternoon and it wasn’t in. He said it will be here by the afternoon shipment after 1. So I called around 3 and it still wasn’t in. He said he would call when it’s in but I never got a call. I called the next morning for them to say it’s still not in. I was told that it wouldn’t take long to get there because it was at their hub in south sac. That’s only 15 min drive from there. Don’t get your parts here or anything else. Go to the Walmart for small stuff and any other parts store but this one. ?.

Richard Store Clerk/Manager was very much a DICK. Very rude and unprofessional customers service. His right hand Bert(store clerk) was ok.. I came in to swap a battery I bought a year ago. Bert was helpful with my year warranty on my battery. He didn't touch or help replace my battery in any way, in fact they both said for me to buy a higher end battery as my fix. No w again Dick was rude and VERY unhelpful as a clerk or manager. No I know enough about my own vehicle on what or how much money I want to put into my older Honda accord..my review is more so about Richard(Dick for short)haha... very very rude and unprofessional if he does not like working for Auto Zone I suggest he get a higher paying job with better hours kinda like how he suggested my battery.. in which auto zone sales... people these day... Either racism or a person who feels entitled is how is felt about Duck.. he was even unprofessional about training a new color women employee, in front of a paying customer none the less..No culture in auto zone work place.. next up letting bbb know about Richard at Bruceville Auto Zone!

So I walked in the Store and wanted to buy a few things, As i was down a lane , I just paused because i was watching the Store Manager just ripped into a older white employee , I got a glimpse of there names and the store managers name was Richard ?? Then there was a grey shirt and his name was easy, Its the same as my fathers. Bert. This is the second time I have seen this unprofessional work of a scum store manager just yell at him., It seem like every time i come in there to shop this store manager is on this guys case. I have had great and smiling experience from the guy named Bert he seems like he is very smart in selling parts and always has that smile.. I just wanted to deck the Store manger. I felt so sorry for Bert, Not sure what to do should I call the store managers boss? and report his attitude . if i was the Store managers boss that scum would not be working there. Allen

I needed wiper blades. The man behind the counter helped me choose the best value of wipers for my vehicle. The best part is he installed them for free! With that kind of level of service and customer satisfaction. I now have found a parts store where service comes first. I will be shopping at AutoZone for all my auto needs in the future. If you are looking for great service and fair prices, stop by. You won't be disappointed.
