My wife and I came here she needed to open account a young guy guided us to open the account on the mobile app we followed the instructions he said you're all set you will get your card in the mail in 2 weeks. I was on my way to a funeral and needed to exchange some cash to get a $50 bill. When I entered the bank, the greeter asked for the purpose of my visit. I explained what I needed and she directed me to the line. After waiting about 10 minutes, I explained what I needed to the teller, who then asked for my debit card. I told her I did not have one because I am not a customer. She informed me she cannot exchange the cash. 0 stars

This is general rant about Bank of America's declining customer service and about this branch specifically. I went to the BofA branch closest to my home to open a safe deposit box. They refused to see me without an appointment, and there were no same day appts available. I went online and made an appt at this branch for later today, and drove 40 miles to get there. When I made the appt, I indicated the purpose of my visit. When we arrived they said they had no safe deposit boxes available. They said "we tried to call you." I've had the same phone number for 20 years and did not receive a call. A completely wasted day.

The customer service needs improvement. The teller we encountered, Shawn, gave us an attitude because we didn't carry a debit card for making a cash withdrawal. Shawn still insisted on having a debit card even after we provided him with a drivers license as he requested. After some frustrating and upsetting exchanges with Shawn, we requested to see the manager. Shawn told us to step aside because we were being rude. At that point we were very upset. The manager directed us to another teller to finish our withdrawal request. We have made withdrawal request many times; however, this is our first time at this location. Shawn did not have the courtesy and manner to explain the benefits and reasons of carrying a debit card or how it relates to a cash withdrawal. His many facial expressions told us he didn't want to be there. (And neither did we) Shawn should not be in customer service or he lacked the proper training. This is our first and also our last visit to this branch. I apologized to the manager that this transaction had ended up this way. The manager did not reciprocate with his own apology. I believe our experience is also a reflection of the quality of leadership at this location. I hope this is just an isolated experience at this one location, as all my past experiences with Bank of America had been professional and helpful (at least in the Bay Area) until today. Perhaps it's different in this region of the state. I have recommended Bank of America in the past. Today's cash withdrawal transaction is basic; but It went poorly. I'll refrain from making any more recommendations for banking at Bank of America.

No business line, so anyone with the intent of making a deposit to their business account is given no priority. Defeats the whole purpose of having a "business clients" section. No idea why they took away the business line/teller to begin with.

I don't take the time to write a review unless I feel it is necessary. The entire staff at this location provided exceptional customer service. I didn't feel rushed even though they seemed fairly busy. They made everyone feel welcome, I only heard kind and helpful words to all other clients/customers who were in the building at the same time I was in there. I have closer BofA's to my home, but would definitely drive that extra mile for the customer service.

I've banked with B of A for almost a decade and lately services have really declined. Booked an appointed to service my accountant today, showed up at my exact appointment time and was told oh that persons not here. If someone is out the LEAST you can do is reschedule people with existing appointments. There were 5 or 6 people waiting to talk to a banker and I was told I'd have to wait behind them even though I scheduled an appointment. This is NO WAY to treat customers. I took time away from work and figured I would be able to speak to someone given my SCHEDULED appointment. Extremely rude branch. Going to close my accounts and move to chase. Do not bank with B OF A!!!

Bank of America's hours of operation are extremely inconvenient, I will need to take a day off work just to be able to come to the bank 9am-4pm ridiculous.

Zero stars for customer service. The atm will neither process my transaction nor return the cash I deposited. Total unavailability to reach anyone via the bank of america phone numbers. Police in route to file a theft report.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY.....Absolutely terrible service. I went in to this branch to make a deposit. I went to a teller named Donavan. He was extremely rude and didn't even greet me. He counted my money using the machine and immediately told me I was short $100. I was surprised and I told him to count the money again, he rudely counted the money again and this time my money was perfect. He didn't apologize for his mistake at all. When I told he shouldn't tell customers they're short of money without rechecking the money, he started to argue with me and showed me terrible attitude. I was extremely upset and told him he has no respect of how to talk to customers and I went speak to the branch's manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager came out and I explained him the entire situation. But guess what, the manager didn't do anything at all. Just told me "he'll talk to Donovan." Also the manager told me that it's Donovan's first day, WOW this is how Donovan behaves with customers on his first day?? This brand is absolutely terrible with disrespectful staff. They should be ashamed. And Donovan should be fired for his disgusting behavior and mannerlessness.

Christobal the bank manager never seems to help out customers he always has his staff say when they don't want to process something they always say it's the system's fault instead of finding a solution bad service I would not be banking there for long. They just hang out and hid in the back of the branch
