Hello supervisors, managers and corporate. I went to this Bath and body. Normally they're nice are used to have a customer they used to work here. She's been management here. She was amazing. I had the most terrible walk and I walked in and I had my bags I don't drive I take a bus everywhere. I am so sorry that I do that I came in and I never got a greeting from neither nobody. I'm walking around and I'm looking around. No one's never offer me a basket or nothing I walk in already. I've been working in Elkgrove for like 17 1/2 years so it doesn't come that it comes natural. When your stereotype so I walk in walking around I'm grabbing things and then I run into a lady and I say excuse me can I get a basket or a hand basket she says sure still I get the basket and I'm walking around the store and I'm putting stuff in my basket no one ever tells me or says nothing to me. The ladies on the other side of the store are having a ball with everybody that's coming in no acknowledgment at all is very harmful. Coming in here and not being not be in greet or no nothing is really hurting my feelings, I get up to the counter when the lady at the counter was very sweet I don't recall her name let me grab my receipt in the bag and reserve I don't recall her name but I can tell you the time so it was 227 today's date 12 2323 register three I believe she had like Auburn red hair, reddish orange. She was very nice and very friendly. She told me more about the deals and allow me to put my stuff on the counter with no problem I love her customer service. I hope you guys look into it and give her something. She was very nice and she made me feel very She made me feel very comfortable very com. The other lady after she got to helping a man, she just put a sign up and walked off never said nothing but this young lady was very friendly. I want to say thank you so much. My name is Andrea. I work down the street at the Arco in Bond in Elk Grove Florin I have no problem, allowing and showing you where I work and showing you my God my customer service come check me out. I am the African-American happy lady the happiest lady in Elk Grove that's what they say please come check me out but my feelings really hurt and if I could if I didn't have to buy these gifts for my family and friends I would've I would have returned them back I spend 150.71 but just be better at greeting all your customers even the ones that don't look like they're happy it's the time in the season for love ones it is a very very dangerous world right now we're in 2023 and this is getting worse hopefully 2024 will make it better but just remember you never know what people are going through have a little compassion Thank you.

Visited this store for the first time today. It's right next to Target on Laguna boulevard. They are very well staffed the stores laid out very well it's easy to find product. And check out is pretty easy to do although it's located in the back of the store. All in all though it's a great place to shop for sanitizers candles soaps and other bath and body goods.

Conveniently located in the Target shopping center where you can do your one stop shopping. While this location is close to where I work, they are usually out of my favorite items so I had to get them at the other Elk Grove location. I usually try to shop after work and this is only a walking distance away.

I love this store...almost as much as I love it's employees. I encountered nothing but welcoming smiles that were so helpful whenever I had a question. One employee in particular, Laurel, was so kind and shared so willingly her knowledge of the various scents. This employee should be promoted and receive a raise! She truly is a kind and helpful soul!

The most excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in you're greeted and helped immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get get the items I was looking for even though by error (no fault of the stores) my order had been cancelled. I really appreciated the cashiers genuine concern about me getting my items. Overall the best experience I've had at any retailer.

The worker Laurel was really amazing and helped us with everything we were looking for. We stopped by for "sweater weather" candle but she gave us a full tour of the store and showed us all the current deals they had.

The new store is huge, well stocked, and beautiful. They nearly always have the fragrance I'm looking for. My only complaint, and this is with every B&BW, is that they hound you to DEATH when you are trying to shop. I can't go 30 seconds without being approached. For that reason, I usually order online so that my time in the store is minimal. It's a shame, because I would prefer to browse. I hope corporate changes their sales tactics because I would spend so much more money in their stores if I could browse in peace.

My daughter's candle was not burning evenly so I went to the store to exchange since the other Bath and Body on E Stockton was closed. I was told that I would be able to exchange it by one manager but the manager at the new store said that they're policy changed. I don't typically exchange a candle but they did nothing, absolutely nothing to support customer service. No options, no discount on a next candle purchase, nada. Definitely disappointed!!! I ended up leaving my uneven, burning candle over there!!!

On or around July 11th I walked in to this location during my lunch break and I was greeted by Andrew and Charles, both assoicates were friendly and helpful, they really made my day and helped me find and purchase the items I was looking for, Thank you both for all your help, late post
