After years of going to this vet, we will looking else where. The turnover on staff and vet has sent the quality of customer service downhill. They don't take notes and have to repeat stuff. We had blood work done, and I was told bloodwork came back good. The wife called to have vet notes emailed to us because they didn't do it when I asked when I was at the vet, and they told my wife her platelets were low. Seem like difference info depending on who you talk to.

We were referred here by our regular vet for a c-section for our dog. I was a little nervous going to a new vet for the first time. The woman that runs the front office is exceptionally sweet, and thorough. The rest of the staff was super helpful. They over exceeded our expectations. Panda was treated with nothing but love. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the facility is,and the receptionist was nice and the doctor explained everything in detail, leaving me with no questions to ask.Great place to take your pet',and the price for treatment is even better!.

It was our first visit. Everyone was so caring and kind. We've finally found a vet for our kitties we're comfortable with!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED LIST. They will sneak charges! Unfortunately, this place used to be so much better. The front desk gal gave me my total and took my credit card without letting me see the itemized list first. She stated that I will receive the list/receipt after I pay. I reviewed the list/receipt and two items were wrong and she got irritated. If anything, I should be irritated? After I paid, I noticed that there was an injection listed that my baby girl did NOT receive. The front desk gal went to go get the vet technician and the vet technician brought out the injection and injected my baby girl in the waiting room (so unprofessional). They also charged me for a “wellness exam” AND a “comprehensive exam” when it should have been one exam for one animal. So she had to void the payment and recharge me. I paid for a comprehensive exam and he didn’t even look at my baby girl’s teeth. So clearly the exam was not comprehensive. The appointment was going great until the payment part. Honestly, it’s so sad to see that the veterinary business is so money hungry.

I am extremely satisfied with the service my pet received today at her visit. Bruceville pet hospital by far has the best rates for the amazing care they provide to pets.

Doctor was very nice. Staff was helpful. Thought I was calling a different vet at first, but decided to go with Bruceville. I bought the kitten package.

I left a message about counsel to euthanize my dog due to a sudden and extreme illness. When I called back and gave my name the gal on the phone went on and on about how she has the same bread and her dog is such a chunky pet. When I arrived the vet and tech only suggested extensive testing with an out of pocket charge of close to $800. It is very emotional to have conversations on how to manage a sick pet who is part of your family. I was given a choice of $800 in testing alone without including treatment or referrals to a specialist or over $400 to euthanize my dog.I am happy to report that I have since taken my dog to Benfield Pet Hospital and I have received reasonable options that are affordable for my family. My pet may possibly lose her eye and the time I wasted at Bruceville Pet really didn't help at all.

Bruceville went above and beyond for my pet in a time of need. I had called multiple vets prior to them (including my primary vet) trying to get my pet in, but all were booked weeks out (and most were not very friendly on the phone). Bruceville also seemed to be pretty busy, but listened to my concerns and without hesitation got my pet in same day. I felt very at ease on the phone with them and through the whole process. Very good customer service. I have already recommended them to others based on my experience.

I first visited Bruceville in July 2019. Dr Gill was amazing. He took the time to exam and explain the possible reasons for my Rott, Sophies, sudden blindness. He also told me about a local specialist. I was so impressed with his kindness and compassion.Dr Gill became the primary vet for both Sophie and Roxie (American Bulldog). I always felt safe knowing that he was available when we needed him. The clinic was open 7 days a week and had longer hours.Fast forward to the new world of Covid. Everything changed including the affordable care that had been provided by this awesome Clinic. As much as I love Dr Gill I will be looking for a vet closer to home for my Molly (a mix of great genes) I was more than willing to travel approximately 45 mins one way to get excellent care but now this clinic seems to be more interested in money than the care of our fur babies. Please understand that I still believe that Dr. Gill is an exceptional Vet just doesn't seem to have the same freedom as in the past.Side note: VERY Clean.I will miss Dr. Gill and Bruceville Pet Hospital.

I also had taken a puppy here for the puppy package in 2020 and thought the pricing was reasonable. Because of this I decided to bring my two dogs back for routine check up, update their shots, and nail trimming.NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE.My dogs have never had issues with their nails getting cut, never had any negative feedback from groomers or anything. When they took my dog back, I could hear him shrieking from the next room. The vet and tech came back laughing that he didn’t like it. I’m just in shock. They also acted afraid of picking him up even though he showed ZERO signs of aggression. Has never even growled at anyone before. There was no compassion from these vets or techs. No care or regard for any comments I was making about my dogs. Nothing to make the appointment enjoyable or comforting. I paid more this visit for less treatment than the puppy package. Please find another clinic to take your babies.
