I went two months ago here and the workers been keeping all the hello kitty items to themselves. Not to mention the workers grabbed 6 hk blankets, it wasn’t even on the shelf she got it from the back and I asked if I could get one but she said it’s only for the employees. I wish the manager did something about it because it’s not fair for others.

A wall of sunglasses! Tons of pirses and bags...even selection of different seethrough purses (needed for most concert venues) Cute shoes...huge selection. Flipflops and sandals starting at $5 average 13-17$....candles , kitchenwares, housewares. Summer seasonal items, outdoor garden stuff, planter pots, lawn games. Swimwear.
Womens bras and underwear sets avg 40-50% off retail....
Super impressed by selection of baby stuff. 3 pack wipes 5$ they had baby tubs, blankets, clothes, play mats, bathsets, baby adidas tracksuit...
Brands such as: Juicy couture. Steve madden, guess, DKNY, disney, xoxo, puma doc martins, reebok, converse, vans.
Checkout was a little slow but staff was friendly, polite and helpful

Good clean store. I’m giving it a one star restrooms are close. As a pregnant woman this is horrible. I quickly bought what I had and left to find a bathroom to pee. I wanted to continue shopping but it’s not happening. Will not be shopping here again!!

Not pet friendly! As soon as I walked in the store with my 4lb yorkie I was asked to leave the store by the security in a very rude manner, they said they don’t allow dogs. Please train security at Elk Grove location to be a bit nicer.

Needed a drop coffee maker, but did not sell them. The sales and clearance are plentiful . It's time for spring cleaning. Out with old and in with a new. Check them out for your next household items.

Had a great shopping experience shopped with ease . The loss prevention greeted us he name was Stephanie she made it a great experience she was very sweet and helpful literally out of any burlington i went to she was the best greeter ive ever seen everytime i come ! She made us feel very welcome !

I love this place! You can find nice clothes at a great price. I got a suit jacket, suit pants, dress socks, tie, vest and a belt at an amazing price. Definitely come here for nice clothes. The store can be messy but if you take your time you can find something great. The employees are nice too.

Cashier, Malcolm was a refreshing breath of fresh air, he was funny, efficient and made my visit all the more enjoyable. Retail stores need more employees like him... ?? this visit was at the Elk Grove location

According to Google, Yelp, and the Burlington website, this location's closing hours were 12AM. As I was about to walk into the store at around 10:45PM, the manager rushed to the doors to close and lock up. She didn't even have the dignity to look at me in the eye. I gave them a call and Deana (Dina?) took my call and was courteous and kind despite my confusion and frustration. She said they closed at 11PM and I stated how the manager just locked the doors. If the store was open for another 15 minutes, why did she lock up sooner? The miscommunication and disconnect about the store hours was annoying but the associate who took my call was at least kind and apologetic about the confusion!
