I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with David Tosh and his team at Caliber Collision truly deserves recognition. From the moment I brought my car in, he treated me with respect, honesty, and genuine care. Within minutes of meeting David, I knew I was in great hands. What stood out most was how far beyond his role he went to make sure everything was handled perfectly.
When my car faced unexpected issues, David didn’t just manage the repair, he owned it. He personally coordinated with technicians, sourced hard to find parts, and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained everything in detail so I never felt confused or overlooked.
As a woman who doesn’t always know the correct technical language for cars, I’ve had experiences in the past where I wasn’t treated seriously. But David never once made me feel that way.
