“Let’s start by saying that Spike at Abbey Flooring provides unmatched customer service.
I went into Abbey and met Spike on a Monday afternoon about 4:00PM. I explained that we were looking for two rooms of flooring for my 87 year old mother. He had some laminate in stock that mom liked. Spike offered to come by the house a bit after 5:00PM (after he got off work) to measure the rooms. Spike arrived about 5:10 and took the measurements. He contacted me the next day with a very reasonable estimate.
I asked him when we could get it installed. Spike checked and responded December 2 (two weeks out). I responded: Spike we chose an in stock product hoping to get this installed quickly. Spike answered that everyone wanted to get installed before Thanksgiving. I reminded him that we were having a problem with mom tripping on the damaged floor, that I didn’t care about Thanksgiving but I do care about the possibility of mom falling. Spike responded that he hadn’t realized that there was a tripping issue and asked if he could call me back later. Spike called about five minutes later. He said: “I spoke with my installers. Is tomorrow morning at 8:00 ok for you?” WOW! I’ve never received better or more caring service than this!
The installers arrived the next morning at approximately 7:45AM. They did a fantastic job. Everything looks perfect. Additionally, the installers were clean, polite, professional, and left the work area cleaner than they found it.

“I had a great expierence with S&G Carpet! I was very overwhelmed when I first went in, so much to choose from! The saleswoman was friendly, but a little too persistent for me. I got to take home three samples and scheduled an appointment within a week for a free estimate. The saleswoman called me five more times. But she did her job, I did purchase from them! The man who came out to do the measurements was really nice and polite. Jeremy was our installer and he did a FANTASTIC job! Tim came by to check and make sure everything was going smoothly and answered any questions I had. I bought during August when they were having a 25% off sale, and I even got another discount on top of that. I am really happy I went with them. I love my new carpet! :)”
