Spike actually caught that the flooring our builders had given us could not have been what we had because of the locking mechanism we from an email we were provided. He was so knowledgeable and worked with outside resources to make sure we had the correct flooring ordered and installed. I was really hoping to have one guest bedroom done before thanksgiving as we were having guest stay with us and they made an extra effort to get that done!
