As a sub, I get to see things that the parents don't. Beware! Your children (Kinder) are being left alone in a room while the teacher and site supervisor go to the room on the other side. They left a group of children alone in the classroom while they were both in the kitchen. Yes, I am strict, BUT when you have kids, REPEATEDLY swearing something needs to be done. Frankly, I didn't see much being done. I couldn't believe the words that came out of some of these kids' mouths. Children do not need to be yelled at because they didn't come straight from class to Champions or because they didn't see eye to eye with you on a topic. They are kids, and you are the adult. Things started out fine, but it slowly went downhill from there. Supervisors need to learn. It's not what you say, but HOW you say it. Being passive-aggressive is not ok when you are a supervisor.

My daughter started at Champions as a kinder, she is now in first grade. The teachers are friendly, approachable and very understanding of any concern you have. They provide a nutritious snack, have outdoor play as well as homework time and games and activities outside and inside. Crafts and activities are integrated with school subjects (ie science, social studies, math, language arts, computers and art. Ms. Amanda is amazing and her teachers are always caring and loving to all kids but also firm with them as well. Champions is clean and provides a safe environment. I highly recommend this before and after school care without hesitation.

We love Champions at McKee! Ms. Debbie in the morning is fantastic! We love her!! Ms. Amanda, Ms. M & Ms. T in the afternoons is also fantastic. My 2 kids love all of them! They are friendly and interact great with the kids! I'm so thankful this program is offered at my kids school. I don't know what we would do without Champions!! :)

The staff at Champions James McKee Elementary school is professional, courteous, and really good at making it fun and educational for the kids. They help my son do his homework, which is helpful to me! I recommend Champions.
