To make appointment to notarize a document, Quizzed for 10 minutes 11/2/23 at 4.25 PMThen waited at Elk Grove Florin Br at Elk Grove for 20 minutes. Mr. Tonny said he cannot notarize this document Although I used chase many time to notarize the same document in the past. it is a facility given to customers, not selective, no discretion for Tonny. If there is 0 start I would give 0, not worth start at all. My husband and I came to this branch hoping to get help for our account that was compromised. There's no customer but us. The male banker was standing chitchatting with another female banker.

Thanks to the friendly, patient and helpful staff. It's always a pleasure to take care of business with then. Sometimes there are things that require being n person. It can be a bit of a hassle but the tellers bridge that hassle and make it to nearly a fun time! lol

Chase is a full service bank with great customer service at their many locations. The online mobile app works great too and even provides coaching on how to improve your credit score.

Teller was very put out when asked to do multiple deposits instead of talking to me and explaining the situation in an easy nice manner she rolled her eyes gathered all of the deposits and went to complain to her manager about doing deposits. Completely understand that I am supposed to only do deposits at the ATM. Now. However at this location for the last nine months I have regularly come in and made deposits inside the bank. Without issue and never needing a deposit slip even with multiple deposits. Again moving forward not an issue. extremely rude teller. if it's company policy maybe everyone should follow it explicitly instead of allowing a person to do the same thing for nine months without issue and then have an issue with a customer who doesn't understand the policy and treat them like a bad word.

so I opened an account here at this chase bank. They restricted it the very next day, due to an issue i had in 2018, which i totally understand, but I went in there with a settlement check drawn from chase bank, specifically to see if I could open an account, or not because of what happened in 2018. The banker told me everything looks fine so we opened it, two days later they restricted my account. so i went to the branch here in elk grove because i needed my money, or at least some of it. They said that they could not give me any of my own money, that i would have to wait until chase actually closes my account then 7 -10 business days for them to issue me a cashiers check. Come to find out they lied, because i called the number to find out what i could do, I had to speak to a supervisor. the supervisor told me its up to their branch if they want to give me the $10,000 limit or not. So basically the elk grove branch lied to my face... also if i could not open an account due to the previous issue, in which i did not own them any money, from it. Why did they open one, that is their fault..

First off the customer service here is very good, the staff are very nice and quick at their jobs. Sometimes a bit talkative but it is their job to talk after all. The reason for my 3/5 stars is due to the lack of staff and not being able to answer the phone. Having a free notary service is valuable... if you can use it when you need. This bank has appointment times that can be navigated through the app (I found this out by a customer, not an employee). I ended up waiting for around 20 minutes before the only person helping people asked me when and who my appointment was with. Having no knowledge of the appointment times I ended up paying $15 at UPS across the street. In conclusion, I do recommend this location for banking and scheduled appointments, but not for walk ins or quick appointments.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly face! Manny was the teller that helped me and he made sure that all my questions and concerns were taken care of before I left. Very professional, nice atmosphere. Thanks again!

DO NOT EVEN TRY WITH THESE PEOPLE. I made an online appointment yesterday, for someone to call me this morning at 9:00am. No one ever called, it's now 11:25. I have had repeated problems with this location when trying to schedule an appointment and unfortunately I am stuck with them. Such a disappointment. Oh well, what can you expect from uneducated, mediocre, staff members that literally cannot stick to an appointment time if their life's depended on it.

There is a drive thru ATM where you can do multiple transactions. There are tubes to send off your papers or deposits too. They don’t accept rolled coins in those tubes though.Typical ATM stop to deposit or withdraw things.

I'm thinking about leaving Bank of America so I've been interviewing banks. So the 3 Chase Bank locations I've been to have been very inviting. This Chase Bank on Elk Grove Blvd so far everyone here has been so nice and comforting. I will change/add to my review after sitting with the banker to see what Chase Bank can offer for me to leave BofA.

I have been with Chase bank for many, many years, even when it was WAMU. I had a terrible experience opening up a business account at this branch. What should have been an easy experience, turned into an hour and half cluster. The business banker, who I dont want to say her name, was simply not qualified for this position. What made it worse was no one was willing to help her. Called a couple times inquiring about why I have gotten no checks or business debit card, and no calls back. Finally I spoke to Manager, and there was no empathy shown, or anything handled.

Came in Saturday around 3 PM, yesterday. Pros: the business manager (sits on the side) was able to squeeze me in, despite being busy with another customer. Was good to see, otherwise I could have 20+ minutes to reset my PIN. + service. Thanks. Cons: the teller I saw when I first walked in said I had to see the business banker. No offer to see that person or get me in, despite there being 4 tellers and no one waiting in line. The 2nd teller I saw was on his phone when I went back to the window to reset my PIN. I'm surprised that texting is allowed at work.

I've always like chase and been a customer for many years now, I always recommend chase to everyone. There was an interest charge on my account that I wasn't understanding even after talking to the people on the phone. So I came in to inquire more about this. Ashely was there to help me. She told me that they don't handle a lot of credit card things in the branch but she would try to figure it out with me. She spent a lot of time with me looking at the statements and looking at my accounts to figure it out. She then called the credit card line to get more information. They explained to her why and then they explained to me why over the phone. I was still not satisfied with why this was happening. The person on the phone was less than helpful. But Ashely went above and beyond to get me an answer and help me understand what was happening. Without Ashely I would have closed my accounts and moved to a credit union but Ashley's amazing customer service kept me a chase customer.
