Wife and I decided to open a bank account for a savings. We usually don't go to the larger banks and stick with a credit union. This was close to our house so we decided to go with it. Service was quick. There really isn't anyone to greet you but we didn't wait too long.

It's really great! If you get two atms, or just put one atm instead of behind a locked door put it behind an open door. Seriously it would've saved me 100 minutes.

I check my account today to see that I had a series of $5 fees when I asked what these fees were is because they told me you do not keep or maintain a balance of $300 well those are not fees those are penalties then she said well you can call them penalties if it makes you feel better calling them fees as if I did something I didn't do anyting to penalize me because all I did I went down maybe a dollar or two from the $300 within a month what happened to Banks giving interest charging you fees because you needed your money. Ridiculous

Service was poor to me. All they did really was give me a condescending tone on how there's certain stuff I can do online now as if it's my fault for preferring some human interaction and explanation. And on top of that I get magically hit with a service fee, like really? That's money I needed to eat & get fuel with.

Should have known that there would be one person whom only handles non teller work on the weekends. 1hr wait so that I can get my account unsuspended. This is after being on the phone for 30 mins explaining that I am the account holder after answering private info that they request from me.

Giovanni Ramirez!!! I have never been fond with bank tellers because they are usually so cut throat and dry but Giovanni was such a lovely person in general. I have never been with chase before but I definitely walked out feeling knowledgeable and that he told me all that I needed to know. I wasn't racked with questions when I left, I felt very confident. He explains pained everything so well and I am happy to be apart of this bank! Thank you Giovanni!

This is hands down the best Chase branch I've ever been to. The bankers and tellers know their regulars by name and face, and always greet you. They are a little understaffed, but always apologize and make up for it with great service. Rene in particular has come through for me so many times -- when I've been hacked, when my wallet has been lost, when I've needed to open a business account, etc. He's patient, understanding, professional, but approachable. Similarly, all tellers are very friendly and even helped my aunt once when she got sick in the bank (and the branch manager wouldn't let her use their restroom). I recommend them for all banking services. If they also had safety deposit boxes, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This whack a** place deserves zero stars! They have me wait for an hour to change my pin # and I still didn't get no help. All I got was you will be helped soon when it was dead as f*** in there!

Although I am not a member I had to come here for a specific transaction and the staff was cery helpful. The lobby area was very clean and quaint and to my surprise it wasn't that busy, and I went on a Saturday morning (10-ish).

Came in to open a bank account. One representative was busy. The manager came out to me and said it'll be an hour wait. While he was standing around doing nothing. I mean if your the manager shouldn't you be able to open an account?

Was in the bank trying to handle an irrevocable trust issue. Ignored for 10 minutes when walking in. There was no sign up sheet to see a banker. When I was finally "helped" the banker said he had to take a business call but his associate could help me when he was done with his client. 20 more minutes. Other banker comes and asked what I needed help with, I told him, he said he normally doesn't handle trust issues. The main banker, who by the way still had not been on the "call" he had to take comes out and tells him to go ahead and help me. I basically have to explain to this guy all the things a banker should know about the trust, basic stuff. He doesn't relay it to the legal department right. They are only getting part of the story from him due to his complete incompetence. It resulted in me spending 1 hour of my day in there, and at the end of it all, nothing got accomplished. I went to another branch and was greeted at the door. helped by someone with knowledge of their job, and had all the things I went in for wrapped up in 45 minutes. This branch is the the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely impossible to have worse customer service than this bank. Have lost track of how many times I have walked into this bank and they can have a line nearly out the door and people sitting around doing nothing about it. Whoever is in charge of writing their schedule should be fired. To constantly be short of help is unacceptable. The Laguna location or the elk grove boulevard location never have these problems, so it is obvious that it is a problem with this management staff. To say that they suck is giving them way too much credit. If anybody from Chase reach their reviews and have any doubt as to what I am saying is true look at the video tape of a normal day in your facility. Unbelievable how you can suck at such a high rate continually. I understand it does get busy from time to time but to be constantly so bad is ridiculous. When into Same bank yesterday 1/27/16 same service five people in line one teller. Mentioned to manager that their customer service was ridiculously bad, he informed me that's because his bosses won't let him hire any more people. He had people out sick was his excuse for having shitty customer service. Makes me think this guy is a stupid a** shitty douche bag liar or his bosses are even a bigger bag of s*** than him.
