Probably some of the worst nails I have had. I went in to have an acrylic set put on. I got the Male technician. First of all, no matter how many times I told them SHORTER NAILS PLEASE…it’s like they kept fighting it and wouldn’t give me shorter nails. Weird. Second…WITH IN 4 days of getting my nails done, they have all started to lift and I have to go get them filled so they don’t all break off. Messy around the edges. Thick and chunky. Save your money and go elsewhere. Disappointed.

First time attending this nail establishment. I actually liked it. The place are clean, relaxing, and the customer service is great. We were welcomed and greeted once arrived at our appointment and was quickly asked with we wanted waters, tea, or coffees. The pedicures and manicure was good. We definitely go back next time.

I’ve been a regular at Chic Nails & Spa in Elk Grove for several years now, and each visit reaffirms why I continue to return. The salon is impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and elevated atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is warm, professional, and highly skilled — I genuinely wish I could recall everyone’s names because the level of service across the board has always been exceptional.
Most recently, I had both a manicure and pedicure with Kimberly, and she was absolutely wonderful — attentive, meticulous, and kind. Over the years, I’ve brought family and friends here, and without exception, they’ve all had excellent experiences.
If you’re looking for a consistently outstanding nail salon that combines professionalism, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment, Chic Nails & Spa is truly a gem in Elk Grove.

I had called and asked if they could take me in for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. They took me in right away and were very friendly. I called two days later to ask if they could fix a chipped nail, as my best friends wedding was the next day. I went in and they completely redid my gel manicure for no extra cost! Two weeks later and the manicure is holding strong! I will be calling to make an appointment to get my nails done with Kim or Tuong!

New owners! What an amazing little shop run by the nicest family. Highly recommend. I had a basic pedicure. $33 Was treated so kindly. My feet look gorgeous now. Thank you. ❤️

So happy I came back to give this place a second chance after a bad experience with previous management. The service was great, very polite and knowledgeable about the services provided. My nails look great! The vibe is relaxing and chic compared to other nail salons in Elk Grove that are very loud and outdated. I will definitely be back!

Everyone is very nice, service was fast. I asked for leopard nails and they understood the assignment for sure. I specifically got a Special Deluxe and a Full Set. While getting my full set they gave me water and were very polite and talkative through both services. Definitely will be coming back

I really love how nice everyone is! Kim did a great job on my pedicure and I really enjoyed our conversation. I appreciate how they remembered my dad since he came the last time I was here, that was nice.
