“I came across their page from a Laguna forums post on ig. As a sports mom when I saw the bag, I immediately asked my husband to stop by the boutique and pick one up for me. Unfortunately, they were sold out. As the bag is in high demand for all the EG sports mom's, what did they do? They placed another order! I love it! That's what you call customer service! The lady that spoke to my husband said we were first on the list to receive a call when the bags came in, I said, please call them and pay for it so I know that we will get the bag. That's how bad I wanted the bag. The lady he spoke with was so kind to take our payment over the phone. Sunday came around and I called the boutique to see the status and the lady I spoke with was sooooo sweet. She said let me check on it for you and call the owner. She called me back within 2 minutes! Amazing! She updated me with the status as the bag was not in. A few days later the bag was in and I they reached out to me and let me know. I love love love my tote, bc if you know me, my children and sports and cheer are my life! Lol. When I posted the bag on ig my friend's reached out and requested. I contacted their Instagram page, fast response and they have put 2 bags aside for me. I am so thankful! When you talk about customer service and going above and beyond! I am looking forward to purchasing clothes and other items as I see on their Instagram page they have a lot of trendy clothing, I see they also raise money for the community. That just shows me they are genuine and have big hearts. If you ate looking for a local boutique for the latest fashions or even this cute tote, I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! “I've been to this Nordstrom Rack location a few times now. Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack have always been some of my go-to stores for shopping. I like the discounted prices at the Rack, and it's a great place to browse for deals. I usually browse for certain items, including the kids' section. If you take your time looking through the racks, you can find some good deals on brand name items. I like stopping by every now and then because you never know what good finds you'll come across.”
