While my last review still 100% stands,I did want to give them credit for their photo self service area, I have used their photo service many many times and every time always a headache trying to get photos uploaded. I went this past weekend and was ready for the process to print 1 photo to be a headache as normal, but to my surprise their system was updated and it was soooo easy to upload my picture I wanted to printed I couldn't believe how quick it was. I went back the next day to print another picture because it was just that easy. I am so glad they updated the upload process makes it so much easier!

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!! The pharmacist, Moon, is so rude and unpleasant. My mother just had neck surgery and needed her pain medication. They treated her as if she was some sort of addict and was unwilling to call her doctor to get the prescription sorted out. My mom, who at the time was in excruciating pain and could hardly talk, was told to call her doctor and have them call Moon. The level of compassion and empathy that was shown to an elderly woman who just had major surgery on her spine was next to none. The service was so bad I had to involve myself and ultimately switch her pharmacy to another CVS in Target. I'm assuming they have the same policies as they are both CVS. However the experience with the other pharmacist has been much more pleasant and she has had no issues filling a prescription and has been treated with respect and compassion. 0 out of 10... would not recommend using this pharmacy

Hi, my name is Scott Sheridan. I'm giving my real name so everyone will know who said what I have to say. CVS Pharmacies are a bunch of lying mother fuckers. They will tell you your Dr did not send over the prescription when they are out of your meds, why? Because they don't want you to go somewhere else to get them. I try NEVER to even go into the store for anything. Now, today 5/7/2023 CVS in Elk Grov, I called them and told them my wife has covid and she needs the medications. I told CVS she has a Dr. appointment at 5:00pm and we will send the prescription there. The pharmacist said OK great. CVS web site says open till 10:00PM. I get to the pharmacy at 6:00pm and them mother fuckers were closed. The Pharmacist KNEW our Dr appointment was at the SAME time as her Dr. appointment. They will tell you anything, EVEN let you die to NOT miss a sale. FUCK YOU CVS!!! I will be calling the A.G. of California to file a complaint.

It was OK, I was in and out, no big deal. I usually go to CVS Pharmacy on Laguna Boulevard. The employees are ALL VERY NICE. The pharmacy is always clean, neat and orderly. The employees really make the pharmacy what it is, professional.Kim is one of the directors, she is always very pleasant, she goes out of her way to make my visit worthwhile.THANK YOU Kim!

4-5-21I'm actually really disappointed that I'm writing this Review as I make it a point to never write "Bad Reviews." Especially for a company like CVS who I pay an annual fee for their CarePass and even own Stock in but the way I was treated today lead me here.I've been on a routine schedule with my prescription and live by the CVS PatientPortal/Texts for transparency. In my line of work my daily schedule/Calendar are my life. Today all the rules have changed and every time i speak to someone different they deliver different information. I was recommended by multiple staff to "ignore" dates and medical history found on the Portal & texts as this particular pharmacy's policy is to manually confirm and communicate to their patients.(scary considering every employee has different info here.)After receiving the very informative recommendation from Nina. She asked me to call back to speak with her manager Diem. To Diems credit she showed loyalty towards Nina and stood behind her doubling down on CVSs Portal/Policies/Software, saying this specific location has "their own policy." I come to CVS for efficiency, transparency, convenience and consistency. Today I was told ignore it all and instead of helping a loyal customer- they as a team aimed to win what they thought was a debate and that's very unsettling.
