Nili is an amazing troubleshooter. He was able to rig the system so that I could delay replacing the TV which had HDMI ports which had gone bad, and also advised me to watch for tree branches which will probably need to be trimmed before long. Friendly, super-competent, very in tune with customer expectations, and able to respond fairly quickly; I would recommend him to anyone!

Warning! Our internet provider has been EXEDE satellite, recently acquired by VIASAT. Service was always fair to poor, with 15G monthly hard data cap. Since VIASAT acquisition, service is much worse with download speed slowed to steam driven and spotty. Streaming is only occasionally possible. Hours in the phone maze attempting to reach customer service/tech support is met with unwilling/unable/apathetic personnel, and no resolution of problem. Frustration drove us to cancel. My recommendation is never consider VIASAT.

Direct tv will rip you off. Will over charge you .We Canceled hbo shoetime.They Never removed it.for a year i was Over charged 52.00 a mouth Had a credit coming of over 450.0 Thay told me never came.thay eve Changed account number to try and Fix it didn't work . thay even canceled My service on a friday i went with Dish tv in dec.6 mouths later was charged Over 732.00 dollar's for late fees and Equipment.returned equipment still waiting For credit. (Thay lied ) All together thay owed Me over 800.00 I've sent letter no call Back

My husband and I have been using the services of Direct Vision for over a year. We first met Nili when he helped us troubleshoot some issues we were having with our DirecTv at our home in Elk Grove. He was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the system and fixed the issue we were having in no time at all.
