Melvin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when there was a wait for balloons. Really made my day for him to go out of his way to make sure I left a happy customer. He would make a great manager. It was really refreshing to see great customer service is still a thing. Thank you!

The shelves were well stocked and they offered several products I don't usually see at other dollar tree stores. Lots of handicap parking. Lots of staff available to answer questions and work the registers. Store was clean and well organized. One of the better dollar trees I've shopped at.

The Dollar Tree on Laguna Blvd is one of the Dollar Tree stores with more merchandise available most of the time. The store is also clean and organized. They have items that are at a lower price than other stores. However, the parking lot is very busy in this location. Finding parking is not easy sometimes.

The place is Lovely and clean!! It's a shame the light kinda black women was extremely rude and said the store closed 10 - 15min early. Slamming the door of the loud speaker and overall being RUDE.

Overall, the employees here are very rude today I came to get specifically school supplies, and the lady had the aisle blocked off because she was restocking which should be done in hours at the store are closed but at the very least should not keep someone from getting what they need to refuse to let me grab a notebook at the end of the aisle, and was very rude about it

Dollar Tree on Laguna Blvd. "Heather" is the worst!! Extremely rude and profiles people. I couldn't get my money out of my pocket fast enough before she told me that I need to have enough money when I come into the store. If I couldn't be here I wouldn't be here with my $1.25 and tax if needed Heather. Remember also that not everyone is a thief!!! I didn't want to go to jail so I paid and left.

I periodically shop at Dollar Tree, especially this one, since it’s closest to my home. Today, I needed to go in for nail polish in two particular colors, for a project I’m working on. Another customer, somewhat disheveled wearing a coat, was walking around the front of the store. When I got on the line, the cashier (one of two at the time) called for security on the PA system, and then stopped checking people out to harass the man out of the store, announcing for all to hear, that “He is not welcome in this store ever again.” When it was my turn at the register I asked what the man had done. I was informed by the cashier, “He’s in here filling his pockets. Even though is ‘just a Dollar Tree’ he can’t take things.” When she told me to “Have a nice day,” I did not give my usual reply, since after loudly barking the man out of the store , she told him the same thing.Since I was on a mission to find the particular polishes, I then went to the Dollar Tree on Elk Grove Blvd, where I found that same man standing on line with his purchases. Since he was on another line, we exited close to the same time. He got into his car, and I got into mine. I knew then that I had witnessed a discriminatory act of refusing to serve a customer, based on his disheveled appearance. What a shame! Shame on you, madame cashier!

A little 3 yr old was squeaking his toy throughout the store and workers said they weren't going to let them buy anything if he continued. They kept saying this over the intercom.

My Dollar Tree in Elk Grove, CA is a hidden gem! The store offers an incredible variety of products, all for just $1. From household essentials to party supplies, I'm always amazed at the deals I find. The friendly staff and organized layout make shopping a breeze. The main thing I can say is service is subpar. Staff can definitely make customers feel unwelcome a.I arrived 10 mins before closing knowing exactly what I wanted and where it was located but the employee said I couldn't come in because they were closed. "I need to go home too" he told me. It was disappointing as I made the drive their with time to spare and it was a waste of my time and gas . On another occasions, I've heard another employee get in an argument with a customer.Besides the service, they have the goods, just know what you're walking into, it's a dollar store so youre getting what you pay for in terms or product and service (mainly service)
