“My Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 android cellphone necessitated a screen and battery replacement. As my device was fully paid for, I had secured an extended warranty through AT&T Asurion. I initiated an online claim and was directed to visit the nearest uBreakiFixit location the following day. Upon my morning arrival, I was greeted by Zane at the uBreakiFixit in Elk Grove, California. I articulated the reason for my visit and inquired about the estimated service duration. Zane indicated a timeframe of three hours or less. To my pleasant surprise, Zane contacted me within an hour and a half to inform me that my phone was ready for collection. The only regrettable aspect was that Zane did not fully charge my mobile phone. Otherwise, I am a satisfied customer.”
