“Hi the staff at the Elk Grove location were excellent and fixed my phone in a timely and courteous fashion. However the staff at the sacramento store on Howe street are dishonest / crooked. I was told the whole screen has to be replaced at a cost of $680 when all needed was a screen protector replacement for $26.”
