I always get considerate and quality service when I bring my Honda here. They answer the phone instead of making you do everything online or through an automated system. They have a lot of appointment availability. Very kind customer service, I was impressed.

I came in today for an A125 service but I only needed an A1 service which is an oil change. I arrived at the location around 6:45 am to try to be first in line but no luck. The line was all the way out the entrance blocking the intersection(not safe). A few cars decided to form a new line and I followed(didn't mean to cut the line). A technician or employee came to me to help and told him what I needed done(A1service only) to my vehicle he then stated your in the wrong line please wait for another technician or employee to help you. Waited for about 15 minutes and another employee walked past my vehicle but didn't bother to help so I left. My question is why didn't the first employee help me even though I was in the wrong line because I was trying not to interfere or create traffic in the intersection. Second question is why didn't the other employee who walked past my car help me, he looked at my vehicle clearly I needed help but didn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Not very good Customer service! 2nd time here they all seem like they get irritated when they need to explain some thing. When I first came up to book my appointment I was told one thing and then when I arrived somebody else told me different information. Don't mind the redirection but there's no need to sound frustrated and are angry.

Since Covid the poor dealers just haven't had squat in stock, and the stock they have they're trying to rob people with price hikes. Lovd to buy local buuuuuut might have to shop around.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I was told my tire had a screw in it and was unrepairable. I was told that they could replace the tire for $280. I brought it to les Schwab the next day. Les Schwab fixed it for free.

Maybe they will want to sell you a car... maybe. They have to really feel like it though. Went in with a strong budget, placed an order for a custom build wrx and was told they wouldn't order it because it had too many options!! **stopped by Maita on my way home and they took care of the order for the same vehicle in less than 30min.Bought 2x cars from here..never going back though.

So I get a call from the insurance company to tow a car that had its tires and wheels stolen, I get it picked up, secure it, so i can to transport to the dealer, upon arrival at Elkgrove Honda, I ask for 4 jack stands, so I can PROPERLY set the car down without causing further damage to the customers car. Elkgrove Honda's Service Manager and all the Service advisors was: ......uh we don't have Jack Stands, just set it on these landscaping rocks that we have here against the building. That's what all the other tow companies do. REALLY A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR DEALERSHIP DOESNT HAVE JACK STANDS, AND INSTEAD USES LANDSCAPING ROCKS. Someone needs to start a GoFund account for #elkgrovehonda I argued that is not how to properly treat and care for a customers vehicle. This method of "service" is Barbaric and Reeks of Neanderthal mentality. If this is their solution to this problem, I wonder how they are doing repairs or oil changes: with a stick and a rock? Use the proper tool for the job, in this case Jack Stands. People watch, People notice, HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!HARBOR FRIEGHT IS 1 MILE AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AND YOU CAN GET 4 JACK STANDS FOR $100.00 which you can write off as a business expense or pay out of petty cash and store use it. And the best part is..... they are reusable, not just a 1 time use disposable item. Just remember, they only care when you buy the car. #HAPPYHONDADAYS

I don't recommend this Honda location. Very poor customer service. I had a question about my recall and stood there, and waited to talk to service advisor and not one service advisor acknowledged me. Very unfortunate. I won't be back.

I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. Sal was amazing! We had called to tell him we were coming down to look at a truck they had. When we pulled up, Sal came out and greeted my husband by name. They had the truck already pulled up for us to take for a test drive. No one rode with us so we could really get a good feel for it. Then we started working on a deal. It was very easy, Sal and Ray worked with us, and eventually we settled on a fair deal that we both felt good with. Tony was our finance guy. He was amazing and walked us through everything. All in all we highly recommend these guys! It was great working with them and we love our truck! Thank you again Sal, Ray and Tony! And thanks for staying late to get our deal done! You guys rock!!

Too bad I can't put zero stars. After purchasing a used car several years ago from Honda, I'm disappointed. I lost count of how many times I've had my car repaired. I'd say close to $8,000! I could've purchased another car!! It took time for me years to realize I was scammed into buying a lemon. I found out the car came from Chicago and was a leased vehicle. It snows in Chicago. These employees are something else. They only care about how much money they can cheat you out of. I wish our government would put strict rules and harsh fines on car dealership who knowingly sell cars that are damaged and need expensive repairs after purchasing.I will never purchase another car from Honda ever again!

Came through via walk-in just after 7 am, which is when they open, and I was helped quickly by one of the technicians. I was helped by Anthony, and he was pretty helpful and friendly. I was there for maintenance and he let me know how much it would cost. I dropped my car off, and less than an hour later, I received the call to pick up my car. Anthony called and let me know what they found on the inspection.When I came back, Anthony saw me looking low key lost lol, and he directed me to the cashier counter. The cost ended up being a little higher than what was quoted, so I'm assuming that was probably some fees and taxes.Overall, I had a good experience!

They advertise #1 in sales but let me say this, there service isn't in the ranks. Like many others before me I've been put on the back burner when it come to anything other then them selling me my truck.. 53k I spent on a truck and I can't even get back 5k of warranty (legally owed). Choose wisely, choose elwhere!

I went to look for a car here as my previous car was constantly draining my pockets. The men that were helping me had me look on their website instead of looking at the cars in person. Later on as I seen SOME interest in a car they proceeded to tell me what car would be best for me. They also said that I needed a co buyer along with a $9,000 down payment for a $20,000 car with 15% interest rate and no negotiations!!! I have GREAT credit and a steady job. I work at an auto finance company so I know how the process of financing goes... and could tell they were just trying to get as much money as they could from me. Maybe due to my young age and that I'm a female. I walked out as they were not very flexible. I went to Vacaville Honda and they were more than willing to work with me!!! I got a $26,000 car with no cobuyer, a down payment of $3,000 and a 3.9% interest rate and found a car perfect for me. Highly recommended Vacaville over this place!!!!
