Most dodge dealers aren't very good but this place is extra awful.The parts department is horrible. Will spend our money elsewhere.

would not recommend taking any vehicles there for service. took a truck in to get a factory new part programmed to the vehicle. when arrived and talking to service writer he advised that he had to get service managers approval to have truck worked on. he came back and said that since the part wasn't purchased thru them that they would not touch the truck even when I can show proof of part purchased from a dealership. service manager wouldn't even come speak to me in person he just sat in his chair acting all big. and they said they couldn't even guarantee there work on the truck. I wouldn't even give them a star. glorified scam artist

Elk Grove Dodge service department is the best.when my check engine light went on I called and spoke with service rep Ariana, and she had my car in the next morning and they diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue and I picked up my car the next morning. Plus their waiting room has great coffee and shuttle service. Thanks Ariana for your service!

I highly recommend this business if you are looking to buy a truck. We were not stalked or pressured by aggressive sales people. Everyone we spoke to allowed us to browse and then was available when we were ready to talk. Zack Tanner went above and beyond, to assist us with all of our question. He answered every question we had and never pressured us. I give him an A+ and will refer my friends and family to this business. All the employees were professional, knowledgeable and non-aggressive. We will be back.

"Josh" Cuevas knew right away what the issue was with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. He later explained what was needed and what was covered under the warranty. He was a blessing and saved me a whole lotta money. Thank you Josh, you and your team are my heros! They made that check engine light disappear.

My son purchased a second hand Jeep Cherokee and was told that the vehicle had a 90 day power train warranty. Two months later the 4 wheel drive started acting up and making the car shake. My son took it in and was told there was no warranty on the car.... We asked the salesperson about the warranty and then the financing guy and also the finance manager at the final signing. They flat out lied to get a sale. I own a 3500 Ram, my wife has a Jeep Cherokee as well as two of our sons, they have lost all of our business. Don't believe a word they say.

Worst experience of my life. In my 20 years of owning cars I have never had this happen.First I was told our extended warranty would take care of this and it was going to be out $200 deductible.I get a call the next day and they said our warranty would not cover it was going to cost $375 just to release my car not fixed or pay over $1000 for some spark plugs and a coil. Mind you I bought this car in July.That's not even the best part. I had to get my car towed back home because yes it wasn't even drivable. The tow truck guy calls me that he is here and I go down to sign and he says I need to show you something. The dealership had taken my car apart and not put it all back together. Just leaving the parts in my backseat.When I called to ask what is going on they said I can bring it back. I'm like ummm my insurance will not cover anymore tows and that's where we are now. I'm so frustrated with this entire ordeal.

Our experience with the service department especial mention to Jim & Mike and their team is above and beyond 5 star. Our service warranty we bought from another Jeep dealership denied our claim. Jim is a miracle worker!!! Despite the fact we did not buy our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Elk Grove, Jim took the matter further to help us out and explore other opportunities to resolve our $12,000 bill dilemma and did not stop unti a resolution was made. He was able to find a way to make it work and cover majority of the cost. What a HUGE relief on our part. Jeep Elk Grove Dealership and the management are true to their promise to HELP their customers above and beyond. KUDOS to Jim& Mike and the whole team. I can honestly say if i have to buy another car, Elk Grove Dodge is the place. Thank you again!!!John & Flo

I had an appointment for an oil service on my Ram TRX.45 min after I brought the truck in - I was told we are out of oil but it’s on the way.Another 20 min go by - I am told oil will be in late.I leave my truck and go home.I get a call that same evening - oil won’t be in for a week.I drive around looking for oil and bring some in.I am told truck will be done that same evening.I come in the next morning to pick it up and it’s not even started. So I wait another hour for my truck to be finished.On top of all that, my fluids aren’t even topped off and my radiator fluid is below minimum. Who knows if my oil was even changed.This lack of attention makes you wonder who is even checking for thoroughness and follow through? It’s not a cheap vehicle I am bringing in to be serviced.I bring my truck in to keep my warranty intact - you would expect the OEM dealer to complete work with the utmost care.

I recently bought a car 2 weeks ago from this dealership. I found the car online and went in for a test drive. I loved the car and everything about it. What I didn’t love was the experience or service. All the staff who we spoke to about getting the car were very unprofessional except out sales representative Tony. When purchasing the vehicle figuring out the numbers and stuff took forever!!!!! Which of course is expected because you are buying a car. My issue was the fact how they did not break down the numbers of the purchase price, my trade in vehicle value, (which was not mentioned until basically the paperwork signing) their knight warranty that apparently comes with every vehicle they sell,(which fyi can not be removed and is around $3,000 and the warranty itself id totally not worth it!!!), gave me one payment plan and in the end ended up being higher once signing the paper work, nothing was explained to us until all the paper work signing, the whole process was rushed and no information was really provided or discussed with us. Very very horrible experience!!!!!! Not just that but, guess what my car broke down after one week of driving it!!!! What the heck who’s car breaks down after driving it for a week. I had to take it in to get serviced which they said nothing was wrong which is a complete lie because how is smelling of oil and heating gears rub against each other mean nothing is wrong. The car would vibrate when accelerating but yet they said nothing was wrong!!!! Makes absolutely no sense!!!!! Not just that but when I picked it up the smell of oil was still there!!!!!! Insane and very horrific experience with them. I also asked them to wash and detail the car because the day I bought it the detailing crew was already gone which they said they would do because it was never done. Yet when I picked up the car it wasn’t washed, wasn’t vacuumed, and yet it had dirt/water foot prints everywhere. Not just that but they had the car for 3 days which meant I had no car for 3 days. That all happened within two weeks of purchasing a vehicle with them. I would call and try to get information or any help and no one helped. They would just tell me what I wanted to hear and no one helped!!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!!! Don’t get it serviced or cleaned their either. I had to drive and hour and a half every time I went down there which was such an inconvenience for stuff I shouldn’t even be worrying about. I am a very kind and understanding person but when it comes to not wanting to do anything about a car that I just purchased with the dealer because it was having issues then it really frustrates me!!!! I mean look at the star rating on this place. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THE PLACE!!

While I would say that buying a vehicle is never what I’d call a fun experience, this dealership has treated me well for the last two trucks I have purchased. Milo is an exceptional salesman and it was a pleasure doing business with him, he absolutely did what he said he would do. It may be a while, but I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. My salesman, his manager, and the finance guy all amazing, I appreciated that so much! Truly a different buying experience than I’m used too! Hands down recommend Elk Grove Jeep!

Truly the worst service I've ever received. I have canceled two services (that I should have never paid for in the first place, they were a waste of money) and both times they didn't actually refund me and I've had to call to make sure it actually goes through. Meanwhile I am paying interest on them. Every time I call I talk to a new employee that states "well I wasn't here, then, if I were I would have made sure this went through." Nothing has changed since getting new owners or employees. The service department is it's own nightmare, half the time I've made appointments when I show up they don't know why I'm there, they've left garbage in my car. I wish I never bought the car. My biggest regret. Don't go here.

Excellent service! I dropped in for an oil change and new tires. The prices were competitive and the work was completed on time the same day as promised and without any issues.
