I always get considerate and quality service when I bring my Honda here. They answer the phone instead of making you do everything online or through an automated system. They have a lot of appointment availability. Very kind customer service, I was impressed.

I came in today for an A125 service but I only needed an A1 service which is an oil change. I arrived at the location around 6:45 am to try to be first in line but no luck. The line was all the way out the entrance blocking the intersection(not safe). A few cars decided to form a new line and I followed(didn't mean to cut the line). A technician or employee came to me to help and told him what I needed done(A1service only) to my vehicle he then stated your in the wrong line please wait for another technician or employee to help you. Waited for about 15 minutes and another employee walked past my vehicle but didn't bother to help so I left. My question is why didn't the first employee help me even though I was in the wrong line because I was trying not to interfere or create traffic in the intersection. Second question is why didn't the other employee who walked past my car help me, he looked at my vehicle clearly I needed help but didn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Not very good Customer service! 2nd time here they all seem like they get irritated when they need to explain some thing. When I first came up to book my appointment I was told one thing and then when I arrived somebody else told me different information. Don't mind the redirection but there's no need to sound frustrated and are angry.

It sucks every time we come there! We had received an email with the information/discount listed below, but I t was not honored and it happens all the time . Their explanation is NEVER satisfactory as the service that was performed on my car (oil change) was NOT “deeply” discounted . So why wasn’t I able to use the coupon? Why put out grease offer if customers can’t use them ?Email received that had the following info:Discount on ServiceService your way! Save on your recommended services.- $10.00 off when you spend $75.00 - $99.99- $20.00 off when you spend $100.00 - $149.99- $25.00 off when you spend $150.00 - $199.99- $35.00 off when you spend $200.00 or more

I have been with Elk Grove Honda for over 15 years. They took great care of first my Odyssey and now my Honda Pilot. I have confidence in the service department and the work they do. They are friendly and work hard to find the right answers to my concerns. I have had to work with other dealerships and there is just no comparison to my Elk Grove Honda service dept.

Service department was great! The guys who took care of me were excellent, the work was completely in a timely manner, and they helped find coupons that could be used to help reduce the cost of my maintenance.

Here for my normal maintenance work on my Accord. Service was great and very informative of the items that needed to changed and replaced . Any, the service technician ?? was very helpful and courteous.Wait time is typical around 1-2hrs long but ok since not too busy when I got here . Overall, I am happy with my service here. Lastly, no coffee, very disappointed, need to fixed the coffee machine asap la.

The service was fantastic. Michael W. was super helpful and accommodating. The shuttle ride with Matthew was great. I really appreciated his punctuality and friendliness. They’re incredibly reliable and responsive! I had a wonderful experience.

Great service but their intake customer care representatives need to acknowledge waiting customers, specifically women. I waited in my car until a rep came by to take my keys and intake information, and was overlooked 4 times as they bypassed me and went to men waiting in their cars (who happened to have arrived after I did.) Other than that, their maintenance services are great and prices are fairly reasonable.

So I get a call from the insurance company to tow a car that had its tires and wheels stolen, I get it picked up, secure it, so i can to transport to the dealer, upon arrival at Elkgrove Honda, I ask for 4 jack stands, so I can PROPERLY set the car down without causing further damage to the customers car.Elkgrove Honda's Service Manager and all the Service advisors was: ......uh we don't have Jack Stands, just set it on these landscaping rocks that we have here against the building. That's what all the other tow companies do. ??? ?REALLY A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR DEALERSHIP DOESNT HAVE JACK STANDS, AND INSTEAD USES LANDSCAPING ROCKS. ??? Someone needs to start a GoFund account for #elkgrovehondaI argued that is not how to properly treat and care for a customers vehicle. This method of "service" is Barbaric and Reeks of Neanderthal mentality. If this is their solution to this problem, I wonder how they are doing repairs or oil changes: with a stick and a rock?Use the proper tool for the job, in this case Jack Stands.People watch, People notice, HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!HARBOR FRIEGHT IS 1 MILE AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AND YOU CAN GET 4 JACK STANDS FOR $100.00 which you can write off as a business expense or pay out of petty cash and store use it.And the best part is..... they are reusable, not just a 1 time use disposable item.Just remember, they only care when you buy the car.#HAPPYHONDADAYS

A very pleasant experience. Kind of a shock! The salesman and support crew were all very helpful and made certain we older buyers understood the complexities of the new car market. I used to get my car serviced with several Honda Service centers throughout California and I have to say that Elk Grove’s customer service is top notch. Every single time I get my care serviced, I get a a different person helping me and they are always so nice and so helpful. Love Elk Grove Honda!
