Elk Grove Regional Park offers a wide range of amenities and attractions for visitors. The park features an aquatic center, youth center, baseball and softball fields, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, a disc golf course, and a BMX bike park. Numerous picnic sites with tables and barbecue pits are available, both rentable and non-rentable, and the park also has a large dog park. At the center of the park is a lake with two islands, one of which, Strauss Island, is rentable and hosts the annual Strauss Festival. The park is known for its beautiful setting, with a large fountain and abundant trees, providing a peaceful and serene environment for visitors to enjoy. Additionally, the park offers opportunities for fishing, a geese and duck pond, and the nearby Elk Grove Heritage Museum.
Love to go for a walk over here, nice place for a picnic date too. Next time I think I'm gonna take my bicycle and go for a nice stroll. This is my new happy place, love it jist love it.

A decent sized park that has Friendly people, clean atmosphere, beautiful trees, birds singing makes this park a good place for me to play guitar under a shady tree.
