AVOID this tire shop. They constantly mess up my wheels and don’t know what they’re doing. Overtorqued my wheel studs and they want to charge $400 to just INSTALL tpms sensors. South West Tires is the way to go, don’t waste your time here.

Had issues w/alignment, Tire Pros took me in immediately. Along the way they replaced rotor, 5 studs, 2 bad tires, rotated, swapped out full spare, installed wiper blades I had w/ me and changed oil. I was in and out w/in hours. I was so pleased w/ the great customer service and fair pricing that I returned the next morning for A/C repair. Truly a one‐stop shop that I wish I knew about earlier!

The staff was so friendly. They fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday of a holiday weekend-that alone deserved 10 stars. AND got my car repaired well before closing time. Completely honest and trustworthy about the issues with my car...a couple of the things I truly admire. I'm an absolute returning customer.

Don't take any vehicle that has been lifted or modified into these guys. They don't know what they are doing with modified suspension or aftermarket rims. Stick with Radial Tire in Elk Grove for non stock applications.

I have been comming here for several years. They have always treated me with respect and honesty. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for tires or automotive repairs.
Update: December 3,2020
Yesterday I brought my vehicle in due to excessive shaking, rattling and various noises. It was recommended I replace the motor mounts and transmission mount. The service was done quickly and efficiently, when I arrived to get my vehicle, upon the first start, the shaking disappeared. When I left the lot and got on the road it was like I was driving a new car. I have never been disappointed with Tire Pros. I will continue to use Tire Pros forever. Awesome people, Great Service, Friendly Atmosphere.

Went for tire rotation after speaking with the service person the day before, person in the front was rude, unprofessional and quoted an inflated price, he also was unable to rotate the tire stating that I have to get tires from them, only offered to do oil change! Went to jiffy lube who were able to do both. Highly unrecommended .
