This bank has the absolute worst customer service skills. The manager Lavon Garcia was very demeaning as well as very condescending. Not quiet sure who is in charge of hiring but they surely hot this one wrong. She is very rude as her boss politely sat in the next room as if he was not there. Understanding their strict policies, one could definitely take a different approach on their expansion of the policy.I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect. The other locations are great it's just this one. Maybe they should consider change after reading the other reviews. Consumers, community member beware.

Great remodel on the bank! It's been ages since I've been in here. New account Clerk Shabreen was quick and efficient with our multiple transactions. Today's visit is just a deposit and to close one of my sons account.

Worst customer experience today.Went to teller and requested twenty one dollar bills for a twenty. Was told NO, in curt terms by the teller, no, because of no account relationship.Having been a career banker forty one years, I could have soiled myself in shock.WILL SPREAD THE WORD IN MY COMMUNITY.

I received awful customer service when attempting to open a business account. When I arrived I asked to open an account. When the teller went to check if he was available, I saw through the plexiglass that he was annoyed, threw his arm back in the chair, sighing, and complaining about not having time. When I was asked to enter his office, he asked for my documents with annoyance. He then said his new business account person was out sick and it would take him an hour and 45 mins to complete it and he really just didn't have time because he was about to just leave and go to lunch. I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing him even though I am the customer. I would have greatly appreciated if he had said in a professional manner if I could come back to schedule an appointment with the new sales person and spared all of the unprofessional behavior. I can't help feeling if I were a rich white person instead of young black female entrepreneur (with a PhD I might add), I would have been treated differently. I gladly took my business account to another credit union. The money from my very lucrative business does not belong at a place with unprofessional behavior, I do not recommend this place at all. P.S. if I remember correctly he was not wearing a mask which is negligent. I saw many elder people banking there who could be at risk.

Good bank nice people, I got a free lawn chair when I opened an account. No bullet proof glass so that makes it a more personable experience. Small bank so they don't have atm's on every corner.

Been banking with FNM Bank for sometime, I think staff is very rude customer service it's not their strong point. They shouldn't put a drive-through up if they don't want to service the people that drive up. Just opened a new account at Chase loving the polite staff.

Yes, I agree with the rest. I gave them a 5 which I never do but they deserve it. I am an abused refugee from years at the hands of US Bank and Wells Fargo. It is refreshing to find an institution who actually does banking. Free checking and bill pay (unheard of at US Bank). Well done F & M Bank.

The best in Elk Grove! They are friendly and care about their customers. A welcome change from the big corporate banks, I enjoy coming in here.

Bunch of liars, went to them to breakdown a $100. They asked if I have an account and I said no. And the first clerk is like you need to have an account with us then we can change it. And the other one is like we don't have change anyway. Lol What kind of bank doesn't have change for mere $100? Feel sorry for them they must be going out of business by end of the day.. What a joke.
