Famous Footwear is known for its friendly staff and great deals on a variety of shoes. Customers appreciate the helpful service, especially when staff goes the extra mile to locate items at other stores or assist with finding the right footwear. Many shoppers highlight their positive experiences, even when visiting close to closing time or during busy seasons like back to school. While some customers have difficulty finding specific sizes, the overall experience remains positive with a good selection of clearance shoes and helpful employees. Online purchasing options are also available for added convenience.

Friendly staff, great deals and sales , clearance shoes are pretty good brands, love this place, I've always found the shoes I go into store to purchase. If they aren't in stock they will call other stores to find where they are in stock. Or you cannpirchase on line.

My family and I came in right before the store was closing and we were treated so friendly and kind. Thank you for your help! I usually shop at the Delta Shore Famous Footwear but not anymore- Elk Grove Store is my family's new store!
