I cannot express enough gratitude for the team at this location. I was very overwhelmed and distraught trying to make a memorial card/booklet thing (for my grandma’s funeral) and they helped me through each step. All I had was pictures of what I wanted on each panel and they made it into a booklet for me. They also printed an example for me and then I was able to edit the example and they reprinted another example to make sure everything looked right before they printed the full order. And they printed my entire order of 100 so quickly (same day)! And they were so busy! Yet they still took the time to help me print beautiful memorial cards. A huge thank you to the team at this store!

The lady at the shipping center was so rude we decided to not waste our time with fedex and go directly to UPS. Save yourself a drive and go somewhere else.

update - every time i visit, I'm incredibly impressed by the customer service here. the staff are more than willing to go above and beyond each time and help with an eagerness that's not around much more.

I’ve already left a yelp review. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this store is. I found out the gender of my child today. Came in To get a couple resumes and they were unbelievably helpful. Kevin, the manager who has been here for a month was super sweet. He has a conversation with me and was really inviting. Gabriel always Greets me with a smile Erick was kind and Dustin offered to help me if I was confused about anything. I really like this establishment because it shows how much they care about their stuff but almost how much About their citizens when it comes to printing and shipping. I wouldn’t recommend any other place but here :)

Here to make 100 A5 flyers hoping it only cost a bit over $75. But boy was I wrong, final costs were $326 with another $80 extra charge with I was to pick it up on the same day🤬😡. Absolutely ridiculous and overpriced. The service was good but the overpriced service was not worth it. Will take my services elsewhere.

Dishonest.
When dropping off a package for shipment, Don't bother with the drop off box. Hand your package to an employee and get a receipt.
I used a drop off box for a very expensive package and although i had a tracking number the package "went missing". I worked with the manager Paul Maki but he just shrugged it off and paid no further attention to it and would no longer talk to me about the issue.
I believe without a doubt the package was stolen by a FedEx employee.

Wow. I had came in asking if this location sold stamps. The person I walked up to under their breath went “no.” didn’t look up at me or anything. I figured maybe I could ask if somewhere near had them, I got the same, lack luster, expressionless, didn’t look up at me “no.” If you guys expect to be given any level of customer service, this is NOT the place to go.

Courteous, clean, quiet. They carry relevant accessories as well as handy books, and guides. They also sell cards and puzzle books. Perfect little print shop for printing or mailing.
