It would be great if they had the supplies needed to ship on hand. Unfortunately they are not organized enough to check inventory and order ahead. This is a HUGE inconvenience for customers. Especially those of us that ship almost everyday. The attitude given by Preetika when I informed her multiple times that she was looking for the wrong boxes was nothing short of appalling. The fact that Angela suggested that I drive across town to another store is absolutely unacceptable. Your location needs to do their jobs more effectively and make sure you have e supplies your customers require. The lack of customer service at this location is not ok. Do better.

I went here and had a package sent here, and instead of being helped genuinely, I was told it's not our problem. This is a $1700.00 package that was lost at your location, and it's not your problem. This place needs its theft and packaging protocol reevaluated. When I call to speak to them, the line rings my issue hasn't been resolved it's been two months. I need my issue rectified right away. They have no consideration. it's crazy there, they are in need of new management.

Great service! Just be aware of the passport photos. They're really hit or miss. My husband and I came in and took our photos and it was a nice and easy process. I liked that the girl let us look at the photos too and decide if we liked it or gave us the option to take another. The problem is when we went to our passport appointment at USPS, the photo was rejected and we had to take another one there. Luckily they guarantee a refund for rejected photos. The return policy was also quick and easy.

Welp I guess back to ups for future shipping services .Alfredo has no customer experience in this store .. his logic with shipping and company policies don't stand inline with customer values .. tried denying to ship my product.. went to the nearest ups store and they took it no problem .has the proper UN3481 logo and everything he really wanted to upsell me a new box smh

I need my refund as soon as possible, I was charged 109 yesterday for a service I did not want. I was swindled by the FedEx workers and your expedited service for passports was expressed to me as a way to forego the post office. However, they lied to me and I am irate. I NEED MY MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW THIS SECOND!!!!!!!! RIGHT NOW

Do not go to this place for your passport. They have a sign that say expedite your passport but they cannot do anything for you but take your money the minutes you sit down at their computer and fill out the application. You can fill out your DS 11 on the US gov website. My son and I had already filled out his DS 11 at home. We went to the post office, to the acceptance agent to get his passport done but the line was too long at 8:00 am on Saturday March 4, 2023. So, we went to this FedEx thinking they could expedite your passport because they have a sign that says "Business Trip, need to expedite your passport." We asked a lady employee there and she deceived us. She would not answer our questions and said just sit down and fill out the form and you can walk away anytime. She made it so it sounded like she has an acceptance agent at this FedEx store to accept our passport application. No, you cannot walk away anytime because before you fill out the form you have to enter your credit card numbers and they charge your credit card already. Once we got the DS 11 done and paid $128.95, we walked to the counter and asked for an acceptance agent. FedEx did not have one and we were told to go to a notary. We went to Mail & More and the notary person there told us she could not do it. We would have to go back to the post office where we came from, where they have a US government acceptance agent. We got scamped. So I went back to this FedEx the next day asking for my money back and the manager said he could not refund my money. It's through a third party, Rushmypassport.com. How crazy was that? We lost $128 at this FedEx for nothing. This FedEx will not help you but deceive you to take your money.

I went on Christmas Eve. A mentally disabled African American teen was having trouble understanding the price for a stack of papers. He only brought two dollars and he couldn't grasp that the cashiers insisted on $2.40 or whatever measly price difference. The cashiers kept saying, "I can't accept that" or something along those lines rather than explaining the price per sheet and explaining to this mentally challenged man why he didn't have enough. Instead, the woman behind the counter called the police, claiming to feel threatened (the kid was mute, unarmed and docile, he just didn't understand). She demanded on the phone that the cops come right away, claiming the disabled customer was trespassing and might do more criminal acts. That's when I stepped up to the counter and paid the male cashier for the mentally disabled man's paper. The cashier rang it up, told the kid he could have the paper and the kid left quickly and cheerfully. The cashier easily could have covered the difference in tips but he didn't. There was no need to treat a mentally challenged person like that. They were cold, impatient, arrogant and the woman behind the counter acted like she wanted the kid to be arrested or maybe even shot for having trouble processing information without help ... on Christmas Eve! The staff here desperately needs sensitivity training.

We have been standing at the counter for a good 10 minutes and there is now a line and neither of the 2 workers have acknowledged us. They are at the printing area. 1 is assisting a customer the other is standing behind her.We get that they may be having a difficult time with a transaction but to completely ignore us is unacceptable.My husband is finally asking for help and the one who spoke to us was very rude and turned her back on us.Again we understand someone was training however that does not give the person the right to ignore us then be nasty.The nasty one is wearing a green grey hoody with her hair in a bun.The trainee was very polite when she came to the counter. Her name is Analisa.Please ask for the new person Analisa and not the rude one.

Very poor customer service. Chantelle (or however it’s spelled, her hair was hiding the first part of her name and she wouldn’t move it when I asked for her name) was extremely rude, obviously talking about me to another coworker back by the printers, and moved as slow as possible. She had a long line waiting for her and asked if anyone was there for pick-ups since her current customers had a longer request. She ignored me and the family in front of me when we said we did so I went to the counter to let her know for both of us and she rudely said she would get to us eventually. Why even ask for pick-ups then? She then talked about my actions as if I was in the wrong to her current customers, “everyone deserves my attention when it’s their turn” but she had asked for pick-ups and then ignored us so I don’t know where she got off saying that like I went up there unprompted. When it was my turn, her whole tone and attitude was sarcastic. Just a complete negative experience. Very inefficient and rude.

On March 9, 2022, my daughter, shipped important prescription medication to me, the father, to Chacala, Nayarit, Mexico. FedEx/ FedEx representative did not inform her that this shipment required a Cofepris permission form approved by Mexican FDA in order to pass thru Mexican customs. Shipment was held up in Guadalajara for a week. I was informed of requirement but before I could provide it, FedEx returned medication to California with additional $100 charge. Total charges amounted to $211 which FedEx refuses to refund. Had FedEx shipper representative informed us of requirement we would have provided cofepris permission form before shipment to avoid hassle and expense.I can see now firsthand why Fedex has such terrible review ratings.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing (which, from an employees perspective I’m sure is quite annoying..) however I was greeted & was offered help by an AMAZING & AWESOME employee named Daniel. I cannot express just how helpful he was, in fact he was a lifesaver!! I had purchased a template for shipping/return labels on Etsy (for my brothers wedding invitations) and Edited it… but when I went to print it out I realized that the label template I picked was a weird size.. BUT thankfully Daniel was there to help me! He edited the labels and scaled them down to the proper size to fit the labels. I had been dreading printing these out because I had a feeling it wouldn’t work out the way I wanted it to., which I was right to an extent, had Daniel not been there to help me. He did this all in under 20 minutes, I was in & out so fast. I am so grateful that he was there to help me… I cannot express just how screwed I would have been had Daniel not been there! I also want to thank Cameron as well! Both of these employees went far above and beyond my expectations that I could tell just how much they cared about making sure I had a good experience with FedEx. As a side note to FedEx… I do hope that my feedback leads to more than just a pat on the back … finding employees today is exceedingly difficult, even more so is having employees that actually care about customers… so in essence what I’m trying to say is to remember that finding employees like Daniel and Cameron are few and far between — so make sure you do YOUR part to keep them, they’re the difference in having customers return to your business, FULL STOP!
