I’ve noticed over the last year or so, the employees have changed. Years ago when I have been for service, the employees were a bit rude and aggressive. The service was not friendly at all. Now that it seems like new management and employees, the environment is so much more welcoming. The tone and attitude of the employees are so genuine. I know that when I go for service, my car will be taken care of. I feel confident they won’t lie to me about things wrong with my vehicle, that I know is not true. As a female, I always feel mechanic shops take advantage of women, because we aren’t educated about cars. I would always leave left wondering if they tampered with my car, or overcharged me for something I really didn’t need. Today I feel great about taking my car to Firestone for excellent and loyal service!

The staff were friendly and professional, I had a 2:00pm appointment for a front end alignment, it was completed within an hour, I was able to schedule another alignment 6 months from the date of this alignment. I chose to purchase the lifetime wheel alignment which is cost effective due to all the pot holes around Sacramento, in the long run this option will save me money on future front end alignments.

The location was understaffed but they handled customers professionally and honestly. I appreciated seeing pictures of what the inspector saw in my vehicle and the breakdown I was provided.

Both Ryan & Chris were hostile, verbally aggressive & overly concerned with high dollar services, versus lower dollar oil changes. Zero customer centric skills. It was chaotic, tense & a stressful oil change. There was continuius fighting, arguing & yelling among the staff about being ripped off because they accepted warranty work. Ryan yelled and ostracized a delivery driver from Auto Zone. The manager Chris yelling about everything. It was absolutely traumatizing to be subjected to all their behavioral outbursts. I was there for an oil change. Not, to be barraged by their unprofessional immature raging abuse. No way to run a business. Thank you

Chris is a great manager… he helped me out tremendously at a moments notice when Stockton Blvd Firestone could not handle the service.. highly recommend this place…

I have an alignment service pack, I use it every 6 months after I paid their fee, and I really enjoy taking my car there, I set up an appointment and my wheels got the needed Alignment. Thank you for your service!
