I usually have a good experience where it comes to Queek Squad, but as for the company as a whole, I think it's pretty ridiculous that you can't just speak to a representative when you call now. Apparently you HAVE to speak to an A.I. over the phone. Not every customer will appreciate being hung up on by a machine!

This associate went above and beyond his professional duty. Very polite and helpful gentleman. Very professional and willing to help. Very patient as well. If there were six stars I would give it to him.
