Extremely long lines and not able to conduct much business here. They refer to a phone number on a card. Not personal at all.

It seems like only recently the wait times to see a teller increased.I've come here before and I've heard costumers ask why there aren't arent more tellers to which the response was that they were at lunch.Don't come here after noon time unless you want to wait for a long line of customers to be served. I went earlier today and left immediately because there was inefficiently one teller servicing 10 people in line.

Christine and Keegan were amazing. We were frustrated that the other Golden 1 on Elk Grove would not help us because they said it takes more than 30 minutes. Christine fit us in and Keegan helped us figure everything out. We were going to close our account and move banks but Christine and Keegan went above and beyond. We will continue to bank here as long as they have employees like Christine and Keegan.

No regrets of banking with G1.Must say something if we still bank out of state.. lol..Some things you can't do online or via your phone -making deposits that exceed ..So here I am..Service was fast and friendly.

Holiday lines as usual and was seen in a reasonable amount of time. My card/account would not work at ATMs or registers and I had tried to fix the problem two individual times. Once at the laguna/Franklin branch and a second time here. After waiting in the long line and being helped I went outside to check that the new replacement debit card worked at the ATM... it did not. I went back inside and the line was extremely long again. I had food in the car and needed to get home, so I was not going to wait in the line a second time for a the same reason that didn't get fixed for a second time. So I approach one of the offices and Carlos was willing to help me even when he had an appointment that was arriving soon. He was able to fix the problem but had to cancel the old card and print a new one. I checked the card would work at the ATM outside... it did...and I finally left with my problem fixed.

Golden 1 needs to change their hours to what it use to be so that those of us who work later can still go to the bank after work.

The service we got from Jessica and teller Chelsie was excellent. Jessica was very helpful and and even helped us even if we didn't have an appointment. I have been a customer for many years but always went at the Laguna branch. It was my first time here and I think it will not be my last.

I went in to open an account for my daughter and because it was 30mins before closing they denied us, due to it being too close to closing time. I would understand if it was busy but they were completely empty. 2 customers already being helped and I walked in with no wait time.

Opened my first account here a bit over a week ago, waited for about 5 minutes to be seen and then got a checking and savings account done in about 10-15 minutes. Would’ve been less if I didn’t ask so many questions, I was helped out by Ethan, he was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was very simple and straightforward. Looking forward to building a great relationship with them.

This has to be the worst location. Every time I go into a teller booth, they're so rude and nasty. I've been a member since I was 15 years old and never had a problem til the past few years.

What they post on the site for notary instructions and what the branch requires regarding appointments are different. There were only a few people im their and I had to wait pretty long to be turn down for a notary. Need more notary staff.

I went to use their coin counting machine and was hoping I would only spend maybe 5 minutes here. I probably should've chose the option to put the exchange into my savings but I chose to get the money in cash which I regretted doing. I waited in line for nearly 45 minutes just to get to a counter. What's worse was that random people came in the doors and skipped the line and went straight to the counter. Like everyone else that was waiting in line, we were pretty mad that somehow this happened. Next time (if I ever do come back as a last option) I use the coin machine I'm getting it deposited right away so I don't waste my time here. What also doesn't make sense was I had to wait 20 minutes just to get inside the building to use the coin machine that nobody was using. I'm never going inside this location again.

I just went in to turn in my coins. I know this is one of the few Golden one banks with a coin counting machine. It was easy to use and you can then cash your coins or add it to your account. It was fast and easy to use. And the line wasn't long at all!
