“Came to try to find a hair replacement piece for an Elsa minifigure. I didn't find the exact one, but found one that was similar and the kids loved it. The staff was super helpful to pull more minifigure pieces from the back they hadn't sorted through yet which is where I was able to find the replacement hair. He even tried looking through the bins himself to find the hair. Everything is reasonably priced from what I saw. So glad to have Five Star Bricks in Elk Grove!”
“I love the HOBBY LOBBY store here you can everything you need for crafting and I mean EVERYTHING. Love this place and the employees are very helpful and friendly, they go above & beyond. (well the employee that helped me and I forgot her name) I will be back and I will get her name because she deserves to be recognized for the employee she is, she makes me want to go back to this store.”
“The employees at Hobby Lobby are a family. They treat YOU as part of the family. I had a $1.50 piece of felt I was interested in. I was coming by bike so I needed to know color and inventory. The arts & crafts lady checked new inventory as it had been out of stock and even placed a piece at the front counter for my arrival as they're popular. They recognized me by my phone call and were so cheerful. The lady even kept an eye on my bike as it was near closing and she was by the door. I wasn't prepared for that level of customer service that went far beyond. You are seen and heard at Hobby Lobby. It was my first time there, BUT NOT MY LAST!”
“I had several prints and papyrus sitting on my desk for years. Finally decided to get them all framed after googling picture framing near me...Michael's. Went in and met Bao. Het attention to detail, ability to color match and friendly demeanor provided total trust. I enjoyed my experience there and enjoyed how she helped me frame all of my prints that had been collecting dust. Thanks Michael's and thank you Bao.”
“I was so excited that I was able to take advantage of my 40% off coupon plus my $5 all in one transaction. The cashier was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to ring up the transaction. The onsite manager was able to find a box to secure the glass frame I purchased. I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Elk Grove Michaels on Laguna Blvd.”
“The one and only coin store I would recommend to anyone who is trying to get rid of coins. Fast and easy with reasonable prices that no one else can beat. Definitely check it out”

“I've been shopping at this store for the past six years. A great little gaming store. They also sell puzzles and miniatures.
Their greatest offering is the helpfulness and knowledge of their staff. They are all gamers themselves, and have offered great suggestions for gifts and for the occasional addition to my boardgame collection. They made a suggestion for a Christmas gift for my wife that was so spot on. She loves the new game.”
