“The owner responded to my review, so I suppose I should be a little more specific!Hobby Quest is a cute little Venue in Old Elk Grove, with a nice space for table top gaming such as: CCGs Like magic the Gathering or Pokemon, and I know that they have Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) events there.Their stock is wide comparable to smaller game stores, with a nice archive of MtG (Magic the Gathering) cards, Table Top miniatures and supplies, various board games, dice and accessories.And their staff is incredibly kind and attentive— I believe I was personally helped by a staff member named "Jose," it's been over a week so cannot recall exactly. I was on the phone with my partner and mentioned events they were holding— such as their Monday evening MtG Commander night, and D&D on Thursdays as I recall.Jose made sure to introduce himself to me and provide me with a card; as well as, information on the store's discord page where I could try to organize a community event there.It's a larger play space compared to other local game stores! If possible come and pay them a visit— and if not, make sure to support your local game store instead!*There is one caveat I may mention, parking is a little difficult especially if this is an unfamiliar location to you.*During the time of my visit there was a lot of street construction, making pulling into the venue's lot and leaving the parking space difficult*Visited on 3/6/2024 around noon”

“Knitique is like walking through a rainbow! Their wonderful supply of yarns are well arranged, easy to locate and come in a wide selection of colors and fiber content. Prices are realistic and appropriate for the quality of yarn. They also have a very good collection of knitting needles, crocheting hooks, buttons, pattern books, fun notions, and even simple, inexpensive gifts that normally might not be found in a knit shop (baby gifts, adult socks, sparkly bracelets, etc.). Their super friendly, helpful staff is absolutely the bestest - always polite, patient, kind and welcoming. They know their products, and are eager for you to succeed and enjoy this craft as they so obviously do. It's like that song: "Where everyone knows your name, and they're always glad you came". Knitique is definitely like a second home that you will surely enjoy and want to visit often!”

“I've been a Hobby Lobby's customer for years when I need to shop occasional decorations. Just found myself getting many Christmas decorations and stuff for quite nice prices. They also have different theme colors for your own taste, and some of them do look very beautiful. Plus, the staffs at this location are so nice.”

“Nice variety of products. However, the store layout was confusing to navigate to specific items that I was searching for. Shelves were not organized, which was a good thing as it prevented me from browsing and buying impulsively. Staff stood around talking while just one girl worked the register. She was quick, though, so it didn't take long to check out my one item.”

Make sure to check out eBay sold when buying used stuff. Don't wear mask when entering his store. He does not like them.”
