I came by looking for a unit the other day and the young lady up front was super nice and friendly; she answered all my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend this storage for others. Thank you and keep up the excellent service!

The facility is good for me, but for $189/mo. I should get an asphalt space with an easier back in location. My 5th wheel is 38 ft. Also the gravel roads are very bumpy and need to be regraded.

My family has been using IN Self Storage for years and have never been disappointed. Yes there are storage units closer to home but it doesn't compare to the price and friendliness of the staff. Units are clean and they are accommodating to your needs. Nichole is very helpful.

update: received this email when they lost their insurance. Interesting they complain about working with Tenant Property Protection when I had no problems receiving full compensation from them immediately and were super fast in completing my claim. TTP were very understanding about not having any receipts because MY STORAGE UNIT WAS ROBBED AND THEY TOOK THE WHOLE FILING CABINET WITH A LIFETIME OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN IT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!! I'm thinking they lost their insurance because they did not have the security features they claim to have. again, they hired a meth addict, and multiple, multiple units were involved. clearly, ownership is unprofessional and inept at their job. I have never been contacted by them to apologize for having all my worldly items stolen and rifled through, nor have they replied to this yelp review. imagine if you were traveling and came home to having all your stuff trashed and gone through and all your very best personal items were missing. here is the text of the email: As most of you are aware, our facility has been partnered with Tenant Property Protection (TPP), a provider of property protection for our tenants stored items. In recent months, we have had concerns with the way they have handled claims and the lack of communication regarding their changing terms. Over the last few weeks, we have been working with TPP to resolve these issues and improve the communication and results on behalf of our tenants. However, they have instead elected to terminate their partnership with our company. Therefore, effective immediately, TPP is no longer partnered with IN Self Storage, and there is no longer a third-party protection plan currently in place for stored items. If you have already made a claim with TPP, they have committed to complete that process. In addition, if you have an upgraded/paid plan with them, your rent will be reduced to reflect the deletion of the monthly payment for that upgraded plan. We are working quickly to find and implement a new solution that better aligns with our company's standards and our commitment to excellent service. As soon as we find and vet a new partner, we will send the information to you, giving you an opportunity to participate in a new protection plan, should you choose to do so. You will not be automatically enrolled. Please understand that until that time you choose enroll in a new program (and for the duration of your rental if you choose not to enroll), the only coverage or protection for your property is from your own homeowner or renter's insurance. Security is an issue. I was one of the units that was robbed. Facility never notified me. Found out on Facebook. Minimum compensation and nothing has been recovered. Raised rent because they lost their insurance. Still there because currently waiting for a unit to open at another facility. Have to go there several times to ensure my things are still there. Was a loyal renter there for a few years and they lost that.

I've been renting here for about a year and a half so I want to give a review based on my experience. GREAT. This past weekend I discovered my lock was rusted which made it difficult to enter my locker. I was given a replacement. No sweat. I do appreciate the service here. This place is clean and I get good customer service.They were so friendly and professional. I was surprised by free reservations, locks. That saves money and time
