I brought my car into the dealership, it was late, right before closing. It was then I encountered a service guy named Buddy. People his Customer Service was impeccable!! He made me a priority until my needs were met with my sick car. Lol. Buddy is his name, if you ever need your car needs to be met. Now I'm aware it takes a village to run a tight ship, but it makes it easier to start with a guy named Buddy. Thanks infinity for having Buddy be apart of your Elk Grove Team.

Jim (James Trener) is us an incredible salesman! I personally had so much stress and anxiety going to buy a car because of salesman being so pushy in the past (to the point that I needed up not getting a car), but Jim never made us feel like we were pressured or rushed in the buying process. We got honest input from him too which made me feel so supported! I can’t recommend working with James Trener enough. Truly words can’t describe my gratitude for working with Jim. Thank you, Jim!

UPDATE: I returned Jeremy's call within the hour - he was unavailable. Left a message.I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service! We purchased our Infiniti at EG, and had a great experience. I attempted to schedule service for a recall and a window switch replacement; however, they couldn't tell us an approximate amount of time to leave the vehicle. I explained that we live 3 hours away (there's no Infiniti dealer where we live), and so we needed to know whether to plan for a day or to stay overnight. All they kept saying was they can't give a ballpark. So I asked to speak with the Service Manager. He, along with any other supervisor or person in charge, was unavailable. I had to leave a message. When 2 days passed, I called again. Still unavailable. I left a second message.I decided to call Infiniti Roseville, who promptly gave me an approximate amount of time to plan for and scheduled the service. EG needs to take some lessons from Roseville! We will continue to give our business to Roseville.BTW it's been two weeks since we had the service done, and I STILL HAVEN'T received a return call from the EG service manager!

I was there to get my car serviced after a long time of not going back to INFINITI. I was given the exact time of how long I'd be waiting for my car to be serviced and when I was hungry Buddy offered me a lyft ride to go grab something to eat and return when I needed to. Overall, my experience was A1. Excellent customer service from Buddy and Jeremy! I would definitely come back!

We've sold two of our cars to Infiniti over the past two years and both have been really pleasant experiences. Kim is wonderful and makes the transaction so easy. We will be taking all our business to her. Highly recommend!

Jeremy, it's customary to call or email someone you're trying to reach. You've done neither. Not only was the service unprofessional and not up to par, it was extremely unsafe. The psi on my tires was 45. And this after I was told my tires with 35,000 miles were "bald and dangerous".

I purchased a certified Q50 from a Nissan Salesman (they are next door to each other).The things that has irritated me the most;1. The Salesman (Nissan), Jack was never in touch with me to demonstrate how the car worked (still hasn't since December). I can go on and on about his ability about selling nice cars.2. Certified vehicles should come with two keys and I only got one Mr. Wilton was supposed to get back with me but never did.3. They ordered a cap for the cigarette lighter (never got it).

I wanted a few accessories for my new Infinity, which I bought online. They were sent to the Elk Grove Infiniti. The parts manager Billy personally made sure I was satisfied with the delivery of my accessories and he went above and beyond to get me my accessories very quickly!! Thank you Billy! I'm very pleased with Elk Grove Infinity!!

I have been coming to this dealership for almost 20 years. Today I came in for an oil change. I’ve been waiting for two hours. There are no other customers here. I have tried to speak to the receptionist however she has taken a phone call while I’m standing here talking to her. The service advisor said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. It has now been almost 45 minutes. I’m really disappointed in the service I’ve received.Service: Transmission

Because our local infinity dealer closed, we had to drive 90 miles round trip to drop off our QX80 for an engine change. (December 15, 2021)We were told our car is finally ready for pick up. Today on our way home from the dealership, March 29, 2022 the temperature gauge began climbing. We immediately made our way off the crowded freeway with steam billowing out around our brand new engine. Fortunately, Hope, in service was able to immediately meet us with a loaner car so we could continue home, while she waited for the tow truck to take our vehicle back to the dealership. Hopefully this is not the norm for this dealership. We should have an update from Hope by tomorrow. Expect updates. ?Service: Engine repair

Bought a infinity Q 50 sedan today. My salesman was Michael and the service was top notch. Michael knew all the ends and outs and answered every question. We were then turned over finance, where Mo took over. His experience was top notch and the sale went off great. In addition every employee we came across was super friendly. Got say it was a great day. Got my car of choice at a price I deemed fair. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

I purchased my Infiniti from Infiniti San Jose 12 yrs ago. I have only taken my car to Infiniti for service of any kind. I enjoy knowing that the technicians are Infiniti trained and service is backed by a professional company that values its customers. The waiting rooms are pleasant and the people are professional & friendly. The audio Multi Point Inspections that are included free of charge are great. You get it sent to your phone or email and feel like you're standing right there with the mechanic as he explains what is being looked at and why. Then there is the free, courtesy car wash that is always much appreciated.
