I ordered from here a few times. The first time the food was good and tasty, kind of remove of Church's chicken. The second, third, and fourth time the food tasted off and more like burnt grease and two day old chicken. Not going back here again. I guess they were better in the beginning

I was told that this chicken at this gas station was one of the best in town. They told me that it was almost better than popeye's chickens, or Raising cane's chicken and very comparable to chick fil a. However, I have to disagree a little bit. The flavor of the chicken was pretty good, however, the chicken was warm and not even Krispy.The biscuit was soft. And appeared to be sitting around for a while which is hard for me to believe because there were a lot of people there. Perhaps I will come back and try their chicken sandwich and smell the acohol on the cook again..ha

This review is a disappointing one. 1 pm on 3/11/23 My boyfriend and his family usually frequent this Krispy Krunchy location, but it was just off today. We wanted to get the $35 Chicken and Tenders family meal, and the cashier (older man with glasses) didn't seem to know that it was a thing that was literally posted on their menu. My boyfriend also had to explain to him that he didn't want the tender meal (the cashier insisted the tender meal was the only family meal?? You can clearly see the one we wanted is listed ABOVE the tenders meal). The chicken and tender meal is a mix of 12 chicken (bone in) pieces and 6 chicken tenders, with 6 biscuits and fries. They forgot the biscuits and fries with our order and my boyfriend had to go back in and ask for them, but luckily someone who knew what they were doing helped him out. There was one other person waiting for their order before ours, and it also took a long time since there only seemed to be one person working since a few people were on lunch. We really like their fried chicken, and I'm not sure if this is just a one-off. Customer service and employees really need to be trained properly about what's on the menu and how to engage with customers.

Fried chicken is pretty good. Jambalaya could use some improvement, as was a little dry, but tasty. Delivery was received sooner than i expected, which was really great!

well for starters we placed an order that took 3 men to take. we blueberry muffins waited for 15 minutes for them to make them ordered sweet sour spicy wings we paid for extra muffins, when we got home no blueberry muffins and no spicy cajun wings tried calling shell and Krispy and the number says they are not accepting any calls from my number huh. Im confused how a business doesn't answer its phone and the number doesn't work on top of that the guy kept my receipt like that's crazy. I will not be returning.

I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and was impressed with the quality of their chicken. The restaurant is located in a gas station, but don't let that fool you - the chicken is excellent. The prices are also very affordable. However, I wasn't as impressed with the sides, which were not as good as the chicken. The spicy flavor of the chicken is also noteworthy and I found it to be better than Popeyes. Overall, I would recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken for its tasty and affordable chicken

I am writing this review a day later after my awful take out experience on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022 approx 6:30pm. I had to reflect on the horrible experience overnight before I posted my review. First let me start by saying that I am a long term Sheldon Shell #37 customer, well over 4 years. I finally decided yesterday to give the Krispy Krunchy Chicken hype a chance, so this was my first time ordering food. I place the order at the cashier and I order the "20 piece" wing special @ $19.99. The cashier asks what type, I say can I mix and match? (crunchy, buffalo, Asian). He says yes! All of a sudden he says "wait, I can't find a UPC code for the special and starts hunting around the cashier station for the code to scan. Approx. (5) minutes later, he comes back to the register with the appropriate UPC code, I add to my order red beans and rice. He responds, we out!!! just like that...ok, I say how about mash/gravy & Jamalaya. He says ok, rings me up. I pay approx $35 for this garbage of a meal. Here's where it gets interesting. The (BM) cashier says it will be approx 20m wait, after collecting the cash of course..I mean it would not hurt to let a customer know before taking the money. Perhaps I would have declined waiting 20minutes. Moving forward, 20 minutes later, the cook (WM) comes wandering in from outside, and begins my order. He then says to me, we don't have flavor(s) for the wings. I respond, I confirmed with the cashier that I could mix/max. He says, you can't. I respond well thats what I paid for, that's what I want. He cops the biggest attitude ever and just walks off. Now I am getting nervous, I hate negative energy in my damn food. Here's about when I started to pray. He returns to the front counter and again, attempts to talk me out of what I ordered. Saying he just dropped a bunch of crunchy wings and can he just give me 20 of those. I respond no. He walks off, returns one final time and says "we dont have mash potatoes"...I respond sir, I have been waiting 35 minutes now and you have finally determined you don't have mash. The other cashier (bf) comes to the kitchen side where the "cook" is and says "make my aunties food right". They laugh..(we are not related, so I did not get the joke)....he walks off, comes back to put some water in the microwave, at this point, I am not sure what he plans to do...Come to find out from the taste of the nasty mash potatoes, he was making me a large instant mash potatoes on the fly. Back to the story, approx 45m later I get my food. I proceed to check the bags for accuracy. The cook angrily comes to the counter and says "mam'e your food is all there!!", I say ok, I am just checking. I respond, there are no biscuits sir. The (bf) cashier grabs some in place them in the box. I finally leave the store after a good 45minutes - hour later(so much for fast food / gas station food convenience). I get home and begin plating our food. Here is the rating: absolutely horrible. The biscuits were COLD and HARD like hockey pucks, the sauced chicken pieces were under-cooked (after all the waiting time), the jambalaya rice was hard added with old dried up chicken/sausage bits of something strange. The mash potatoes were of course instant, but inedible. They were super gooey and had a splatter of gravy. All of it was a big waste of time. I give the food 0/5 and the service is -10/5. I hope that management will review their cameras for this day because the staff during this shift were horrible. And they were newbies because I know the faces of the regular employees. I have noticed an increase in the employee turnover rate there recently but I could clearly tell these three rude, unprofessional, and lazy clowns could care less. I tossed the food. In hine-site I should have kept it to return to management.
